Some questions:

Q Are all links from unique domains and IP's?

Q Is the PR on blogcommenting page or the homepage of the blog?

Q What blog CMS are these targeting? wordpress, joomla, blogengine, drupal etc?

Q How much average outbound links are allready on these pages? If they are spammed to much it isnt worth anything.

Q Are you giving a review copy? I will give you a honest one

False. I went ahead and bought this list, and went through the first 50 links. Most of them have been spammed with hundreds and hundreds of links. Since they were sorted out by PR, I thought I'd go through it starting from the bottom. A good majority still had about 10+ OBLs on them.

I'm sure there's going to be a few of these links that are spam-free, but in my honest opinion I don't think this list is worth $37.

Like I said, the first 50 links are pretty worthless IMO. I'll go through the list in more detail later and email you the specific examples.

Yes the top50 pages are 100+OBL or "comments are closed" etc

I also think this list isnt worth $37. I buy these lists regular from digitalpoint and it looks like some of these I saw them earlier in other lists.

But still by searching good on the sites I could find some high PR pages with low OBL.

Glad to know it wasn't just me that thinks so. I'd actually ask for a refund for this if there was a refund policy in place, as 1.) a huge majority of the posts have 30+ OBLs on them, and 2.) a huge majority of the list are NOT Wordpress blogs as OP said they were.
