As a newbie, my IM interests are varied and jumbled. I'm reading up on everything from affiliate marketing, SEO, article writing and CPAs. It can get very confusing and petrifying to the point of immobilization pretty fast, if you know what I mean. Outside of IM, I design jewelry and write fiction. My goal? To not be broke would be a good start.  My second goal should be to stop being distracted by all those 'shiny new things' that come along and focus on one project at a time. | |

There have been some questions about my WSO. So I will respond below... Why are you selling Free Mind open source mind mapping software in your wso? And buying other mind mapping software, if you tell everybody you use Freemind? Makes no sense. Also some of your sales copy also LOOKS LIKE it was ripped from another wso? MY RESPONSE: Doesn't take long for the "Guru-Syndicate" types to show up... They think THEY OWN the niche they promote, and how dare anyone else market to the niche. 1 - I have used Freemind software for 2 years now. Told others about it, and given away for Free my own 14 original video productions on how to install & fully use this free software in advanced ways. 2 - One of my Warrior mentors, Lance Tamashiro, encouraged me to charge a small price for my package of 14 original videos, and create my WSO offer. 3 - So, I am selling my three(3) HOURS of original Video Training, 14 total videos in all, on How To Use this Mind-Mapping software. I have purchased other mind-mapping software. It came with an 11 minute tutorial video. My offer is about 3 hours, and 14 videos in total. Hardly the same... I purchased the Mind Mapping videos yesterday and watched the first vid last night. I had actually looked at the Free Mind program a while back but didn't have the time to deal with the learning curve which seemed steep. Based on video #1, I believe it will be far simpler to implement. John Walsh |

This is an interesting post. The product as it was first presented,- or at least perceived (i.e. the mind mapping software) now appears NOT to be the product. Rather, the product is a series of 14 videos with 3 hours of content. That in itself presents a reasonable sales proposition and by the sounds of it I'd say well worth the $7 that 49 people have apparently paid. In my opinion it may well be worth $27/$37 on the "open" market but I feel that $7 -$17 is definitely nearer to an appropriate range as a WSO. Perhaps Dr Quadlander, if you'd adjusted your sales letter to more accurately reflect what you were really selling then you wouldn't have created so much friction and/or upset Frank Bruno in the process who appears to have a decent argument. As far as the Freemind product is concerned, it does look really good. I tried to download it a couple of months ago but had issues and couldn't get it to work. In such circumstances your videos at the time would have been very helpful and I would have gladly paid you $7 for the privelige of seeing them. I'd suggest that you could continue to move forward with this worthwhile WSO if you re-worked the sales letter and perhaps made some kind of amicable arrangement with Frank Bruno in so much that he wouldn't be offended with your pursuit of this opportunity. In the end it's up to you,.. your call as they say. I hope you'll receive my input as constructive and not intended with any antagonism or disrepect whatsoever. Kind regards, Russ |

Thank You Russ, all the way from Thailand... You have 2 good eyes. You see it both ways. I have directly asked Frank what he would want, even offered to change my WSO and salesletter. I used professional even-headed language. This only enraged him even more! Go figure... He chose to use the most disparaging gutter-language in response. Sad, really... My salesletter clearly states, 3 SEPARATE TIMES, that the software is free to download, and is open-source software. I even boldly highlight it in bright colored Text boxes! I don't know what else people need in order to see that! My WSO is a great VALUE. I paid $97 for some similar training OVER 2 years ago. It was a mind-mapping single webinar... much less detail, briefer, and much poorer quality... $97 ! And I was very happy with the VALUE and INFO. This WSO of mine is Totally my original work. Hi Mequad, Just had to pop back in here and give my opinion since I was one of the lucky one's that got this for $7. This WSO is a GREAT value and worth way more than it's being sold for. It's 3 HOURS of video on a subject that everyone can benefit from and almost no one knows how to use effectively. This is what a WSO is supposed to be about, and this one delivers. To Russ, with all respect I don't know what your talking about. Why should the OP make an "amicable arrangement" with Frank Bruno regarding this offer? Frank has nothing to do with this offer other than the fact that he happens to be selling a product in a similar category. He is selling a software. This offer is for instructional videos on a completely different product / software. If another member is "offended" by Mequad's pursuit of his selling his OWN product or opportunity, that is ENTIRELY the other member's problem. You see people selling GIMP videos all the time, which is another freely available open source product, but it still has a learning curve and instructional videos are valuable. The OP is then apparently accused of ripping another WSO's sales copy. Sometimes this can be a legitimate complaint, and sometimes it's a childish smear tactic (You stole my copy!  [stomps foot]).I have read both WSO's & I just don't see it at all. Frank has a good product, which I was also considering, but it seems to be a case of 'sour grapes'. Also, why make the point of the OP selling a product and buying other products in the same niche. WHO CARES! If I sell an article marketing product does this mean I am not allowed to buy other article products from other sellers? We can all learn from others. No one knows it all. I for one was very happy with my purchase and think this is a great offer! The rest is much ado over nothing. Thanks Mequad, Jason |
