So let me do my best to help you out here.

Personally, I have done 8 Jv contests and ranked in top 10 (or top 5) for all the contests against many big name marketers. In addition, I have done many JV deals and this is the first product launch for this product.

2. Are the JV deals you've put together all been in the same niche or are you in depth at working in whatever niche might provide an opportunity? What niches have you put JV deals together in?

This is Internet marketing niche and all my JV partners are from this niche.

3. Have you ever put your JV system in practice with local brick and mortar businesses? Even if you haven't do you think we could use your techniques in the brick & mortar world or is your system limited to online JV's?

I have yet to test it and based on experience, the principles of Joint venture are the same for online and offline.

4. Can you give any general income numbers and time frames you've noted in the JV deals you've setup that could give us an idea of what we might see as somewhat of of a reasonable expectation if we put your system to use?

The expectation of income level should be at least 5 figure sales within 2 to 3 weeks when the contest is ongoing. Not forgetting you can sell lots more at the backend.

I don't know about the JV bootcamp comparison, but with Jeff Walkers latest Product Launch Manager product you learn to "manage" a launch and if JV partners are involved (as opposed to launch just to a product owners own list, i.e. internal launch) then you could be managing the JV partners as well.

So in Jeff's course you're a manager. In Johns course here I'll admit I'm still fuzzy on exactly what this course focuses on.

1. Do you create your own products and then get JV partners to promote it and use a contest as a motivator?

2. Or maybe this course teaches how to be a JV broker?

I personally like the JV broker model better because I don't have my own product and would prefer to manage a product launch as a JV broker slash manager because then the product details would be the responsibility of the product owner. You can then leverage "their" assets which includes product, list and their relationships if any with other businesses in their niche that aren't direct competitors.

Does your course teach that John?

One thing I think is a bummer about John's course is that it would have been nice to join in right from the very beginning of his current launch project where it starts from concept then seeing how he went about getting his JV partners including selection process and methods used to get them on board and then on to the actual launch process itself which is where I think he's at now.

Hi Stephen,

JV system works the same way for both ebooks and membership sites.
They are of different kind of product after all.

The system is:
1. find jv partners of your niche
2. set a date for promo
3. everybody promoting on the same day

And I believe it is the same for non making money niche
because we are all internet marketers after all.
