That would be a pure guess right now, as it depends on how the product has evolved
nearer that time - but customers would of course get the best upgrade deal at the time.

Currently, one per player. Playlists are in the pipeline (no promised ETA though).
The product's main focus is currently single pinpoint marketing videos.

Instead of a playlist, you could simply place a list of links on a page and each link will pop-up a video player for each video. Right?

So, if the links are placed within a membership site private area, do the pop-ups reveal the address of the player or is it hidden so members can't pass the link to non-members?

Correct.

That's something you can't really stop happening with any type of player
(though fully streaming servers make it harder to do so) as the raw video
that the player (whether Viddymatic's or another flash player) can still be
accessed one way or another.

What you could do is store your videos on Amazon S3 and use VM's
S3 protected links feature. That would minimize the direct sharing of the
videos, because each link to the actual movie would only be active for a
minimal amount of time.

But as mentioned, nothing can 100% stop the sharing of video files. If it
can be viewed it can be saved, if it can be saved it can be shared.

Better perhaps to combat it in other ways.

Does this work well with Joomla? Every video plugin/software I've used in the past seems to have trouble operating in Joomla without modification. Looks like a great piece of software though - Please let me know.

Hello 'voiceofreason',

It's not tested or designed for Joomla at this stage, though it's *possible*
that the non-Wordpress version would work.

But currently you'd need at least a PHP plugin for Joomla (e.g DirectPHP)
that allows you to add 'php' to your content page.

So for Joomla, it may well currently be more work than is worth it (depending
on your technical level). Especially as we'd be unable to directly support it in
that environment at this stage.
