2. There is no building, it's all about polishing. Won't take more than 3 days. The rest of the time can be used for the flipping.

Like I said, you don't need to work on it TOOO MUCH. It's all about polishing. And that includes, tweaking the design a bit, content. Also, some cool ways that would 100% work which will benefit you in the whole process. Startup amount is required, buy low sell high. If you can work quite hard, then the investment is low. If you don't want to work, then the investment would be quite high.

Just purchased and read through twice to be sure I absorbed everything. This report is well-written. Akhil takes the reader through the steps of flipping a site including the all important setting a goal. Product creation, Website development, marketing the product, and flipping it are all explained in a simple manner that gives the gist of the method without boring stuff that most IMers already know. The case studies at the end really add value to the report because the reader can actually visualize the process.
