Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have also been unable to download the Kindle package. After I declined the OTO and clicked on the link to try to access my purchase, I got a message that the link was broken. I have tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer in case there was a browser issue.

But no way to get back to the download link for the OTO I purchased without purchasing again.
