This is a screaming deal!

Let's face it, for the fraction of one custom designed minisite, you'll get 52! minisites, by one very talented designer, and a man who is a fanatical perfectionist. Add to that the designs are xhtml/css validated (works for me, I LOVE css!) -- what more could you want?

You're nuts if you don't take Jeremy up on his offer...

Even if you don't need 'em today -- you'll no doubt find useful ways to put these ministe designs to use.

Jeremy,

Early on you developed a reputation for creating great graphics at reasonable (very low, actually) prices. Now you're doing it with templates, too - for hands down the best deal I've seen on templates.

This is something most Warriors have a need for, if nothing else, then for putting up their old PLR materials with a fresh look.

Are these templates and themes generic or niche oriented? In other words, will I be able to use them for any topic or will they be specific each week?

Hi Tina,
The major portion can be used on any niche, same with the Worpdpress themes. Down the road I have scheduled templates that are niche specific.

Overall you can use them for anything.

To clarify the rights on these:

[NO] Can be given away for free

[YES] Can be sold, only when the graphics are edited and modified

[YES Can sell/give away Resale Rights, when modified

[YES] Can sell/give away Master Resale Rights, when modified

[NO] Can sell/give away Private Label Rights, when modified

[YES] Can be packaged with other paid products, when modified

[YES] Can be offered as a bonus to a paid product, when modified

[NO] Can be added to a membership site

[NO] Can be offered through auction sites

[YES] Can be modified completely

[YES] Can put your name on the product as if you were the creator.
As long as the templates are modified as stated above.

Basically you can do whatever you want them as long as the templates graphics are modified to look as your own designs.

The base templates as they stand, are strictly personal use only.
Unless otherwise stated.

All other themes, etc. will come with their own rights documents.

Jeremy I just singed up for it my self, I do want to ask you a few things though.......

Since we signed up early at $20 per year price, will we have the option to renew at the same price, in other words is our price locked in for us ???

Also about rights that come with the templates, I take it that if we use the templates, to make new goods we will have all rights, to sell them goods as our own ???

By the way great looking samples, can't wait to see more of your work. Tim

To answer your questions yes you will be locked in at that price.

Yes you can sell them as long as they get modified.

Just cant sell private label rights.

You obviously are a master of graphics, and I am not! I need a simple book cover designed (and was hoping for a banner - the I can put in the middle of every page of my book). Most everyone is doing ebook covers, but this is a lot simpler. I even have the .psd template with size and spine defined, just need to add the color, a simple design, maybe an image - book title and author name. Is this something you would do for me, or refer me to someone? -- the book covers I see on the web are charging a crazy amount and I know I'm not looking for that level. I found a program that had .psd files, but it is $200 - and that is too steep right now. I see I need to get better at Photoshop to work in this world, but am not there yet. Thanks so much. Lynette

It shows "This Account Has Been Suspended" when I accessed Account Suspended

If the membership really doesn't exist anymore, then it's another $20 of mine down the drain again for supporting your service - very unstable and undependable indeed, if you ask me.
