as far as getting paid...I recommend for the first few ones to do if for free and get the organization to put you in front of their members - you then get to close them,..

i've tried both ways and get more ROI on my free ones - really!

once you have done some free ones and get testimonials etc. then

1. you can start charging or testing that out and here is the real BIGGIE:

2. You JV with the folks who already respect you as an expert as they saw you present and that is when you charge or give them a percentage of the closed sales for them to use their list to pack a room

so for instance at that very same Chamber presentation you see in this wso - the video of me presenting, one of the participants just happened to be a marketing exec with a very big accounting firm.

so she immediately approached me for a JV - that is what can happen for you!

and to her list - a $97 workshop and I give her a percent on closed sales.

this works well for 'virtual webinars' as well - JVng and charging $$ for a virtual webinar - lots of my students are doing that real well.

Hi Carlos - I walk you thru

...in the 7 step action guide the exact script I used to get the Chamber speaking gig - you can use the same script/modify as you see fit. And also feel free to use

the exact script/email/info I then emailed after the contact.

I would not recommend emailing as the 'first point' of contact- as you are going for speaking in front of their members - the personal touch of them hearing and talking to you is key.

Fantastic you are getting in front of the chamber!

If you have a shorter period of time - make sure the key slides of the 'hourglass' graphic with that sexy movie star lady and the 'getting traffic' graphic slide is included as those are key to ANY presentation...

a graphic image is something easy for a biz owner to remember and associate with - using analogies when teaching is very "best in class"

Also - about 3-5 minutes per slide is what you need - so cut down the 22 or 23 slides down then to 10 for instance if you have just 1/2 hour or so.

Why thanks Terry! Yes - I've gone thru my own learning as of late as to help break it down...sometimes what I think is 'natural' is not- so I got a bonk on the head to make more educational products into a x step plan.

Hi Maria,

This is some really good stuff. You're a very good presenter and being able to watch how you manage the pace is priceless to anyone without significant experience in front of groups. Actually, I take that back, I'm a retired Pharma industry GM and I've done more presentations than I care to think about...it will really boost my comfort the first time out, having had the benefit of seeing it done so well.

The material and the slides are great. This will save me many hours of my time (assuming I had the foresight to actually do this) for about the price of the waiter's tip on a dinner for two. What a great addition to my tool chest!

Hi Brian - yes - this will 100% work for "non-offline consulting niches' as well...in fact...if you are familiar with my other products/programs and my marketing consulting company- my services offered go much deeper than just SEO, social media and setting up websites.., (e.g helping companies with their business plans, spin-off divisions, org structure, change management, usp's, capital fund raising etc. - a true "management consultancy")
