Very strange. Happened to somebody yesterday too, and it just happened to me now too. Aweber is actually send yuo to a different page from the one I set up. They've added a 1 to the end. No idea why, as my web form still shows it without the one (Cue music from Twilight Zone).

However, I've fixed it by uploading the same page to the URL that Aweber manufactured, so now all should work perfectly.
