4) The site will have customised header/membership card graphic etc for the 4 sites ( I am asking this: because when you suggest the membership site to be hosted on our domains: the site graphics should be in accordance with the domain name )
5) And finally, as you said the sites will function on auto pilot: all I will be required is to drive traffic to these 4 diff membership sites customised to my domains.

No problem. Great questions...

1. That is totally correct.

2. The site you download and upload to your domain names will have your payment link on it. You get the money and send the customer to a special page I give you.

3. Yes and as I said above add your payment button. If you get all of them uploaded and need help with just the payment buttons we wont charge you. If you get that far you're doing really well and it wont take us much time at all.

4. You can customize the graphics I give you. Everyone will not get different graphics unless they pay for them.

Actually as a little bonus I will have my guy create a totally new site, offer them in a few different colors. Good point so I can do that for everyone. On my "to do" list now.

5. You are totally correct. You do nothing to the sites. I do ALL the work. Seriously.

The price for your paid product needs to be at least the suggested RRP to use a memberships as a bonus. That just helps from keeping these from getting devalued.

Yes, but same answer as above. Just make sure you don't have a membership site for like $1-$5 a month and offer one of my membership sites as a bonus.

Just use good judgment here. They are killer membership sites and no one wants to see them get devalued, right?

Hey Andrew... Let's see if I can explain this. Legally you cannot fix a price. I can take away licenses from people, but selling it at $14.95 seems pretty fair to me. When I get really upset is when people start doing it for like $1 or $5.

Now my name may be on those sites, but it's not me and that person. They keep my name on it, because of the reputation I have, and I'll actually be the one updating the sites.

I also just did a search on Google and found only 2 people selling it, with a few affiliate links for the old program.

ALso, you cannot add your own content. The membership is hosted on my server, so I can update the website for you.

Hey Gene,

Liz is out taking care of some other things so I felt I should answer on her behalf..

Right now it is not tied to an affiliate program to make that happen. You can however set up your own OTO's in the process of capturing the names of your buyers.

Once again, would be cool idea but I don't think the price point could remain where it is. :-)

I think that you have a good idea there.
Having gine thru' the materials I was a tad concerned that we were going to become simply the front end for a lead generation system and I was worried about passing over my contacts, thru' site signups, to you. If we have participation in the revenue stream from that action then I am much less worried about losing my clients.

That was exactly my concern. I wasn't aware there would be so much in-your-face external product promotion directly competing with me. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is only concerned about pofit on the front end.

However, if you set this up properly, you're going to be able to capture everyone of your customers.

Setup your own backend and roll them through it.

I'm totally running the sites. Creating the content myself. Doing all the customer support. Your customers will become mine, but they are still YOURS too.

All points are understood... and I think what you're providing is a truly incredible deal. My original intention was to use these memberships as a bonus for my existing paid subscribers in my paid program. I assumed you would capture customer emails and market to them, I just didn't know there would be so much promotion of your other sites and products within the membership area itself. Great stuff, but it's a drain/distraction of potential sales from my own offerings to my customers (i.e. why would I want to lead my customers to someone else's store?)

If it's feasible for you to make the various products and OTO's etc. automatically commissionable, that would certainly go a long way in alleviating the concern of diluting our own product sales. If not, that's understandable.

While I'm here... the pdf license that comes with each membership says "You CANNOT offer this product as a bonus to a PAID product". But in your WSO it says "[YES] Offered as a Free Bonus (With a Paid Product)". Just want some clarification on that. Thanks Liz!

My point here is that these membership sites aren't just created to make me money. I have created each and every one of them with the end user at the front. My main goal is to make sure that the member's get the biggest advantage.

It's not like my offers over power the content, and I want everyone reading this thread to understand that.

These are killer membership sites that give A LOT of value.

As somone who purchased the memberships you are getting A LOT for your money. You guys are number 2 in this equation. I want to make sure that you are making money in every way you can.

The members are the most important though.

And of course I get benefits out of this too, but I think that's okay, since I'm doing the work?

I am with Gene here.

My original intent was to use these with another paid subscription service. Having looked at the material that is no longer the case. Instead they will be, as most others I have seen promoting these sites, standalone promotions.
As Gene notes the value proposition, on its face value, is great and I have learnt something about how to set up a lead generation funnel.
No worries about VFM here. They will be profitable, just not as I had envisaged.
