| A few months ago I ran a WSO featuring keyword lists based on some hot niches which Howie Schwartz had published (see http://nicheresearchsystems.com). I limited those to lists to 10 each and sold them as a WSO for $9 per list - there are still some of these lists available on my web site for $18 per list. I sold quite a few of those lists and got some great feedback from buyers such as this... Comment from a buyer of my previous Keyword WSO: "I picked up the list and one thing I can say is great research. He gave some very good presell support which is what really sold me. The list are top quality and can make you money." Trent Rez, HyperActive Warrior Well Howie has done it again - he just released a new report featuring a whole new set of hot niches. So I decided to work with my team and go ahead and complete the keyword research on these new lists. Most of these have clickbank products that you can promote. A few have local keywords that you can promote. Almost all of them have adwords ads running. There are literally hundreds of ways to use these keywords -
What exactly are these keywords? Well, instead of being as strict in my selection of keywords, I went ahead and included all keywords that had at least 10 searches per day no matter how much competition there is. This way you can filter and group as you would like using Excel or Google spreadsheet or a Database such as Access. This allows you a bigger view of the complete niche - the higher traffic keywords as well as the longer tail keywords. If you initially target the lower competition keywords, you can add traffic over time by picking up the longer tail keywords and also beginning to build towards the higher traffic keywords. About our keyword lists: Different methodologies exist for selecting target keywords, but the starting point is finding keywords with the highest number of daily searches and the lowest competition.
So, rather than sell each list separately, for these niches I am just throwing everything in one bundle for you and selling them all as a complete set for one low price. These are Howie's 25 hot new niches, plus his 10 bonus niches, and then we added 7 more niches that he released in other videos within the last few months. The details are below, but you can see that this is a total of 4875 keywords. This is fresh research, based on Google data as of Oct/Nov. 2009. Marriage and Weddings 73 Get Your Ex Back 116 Marriage Counseling 54 Proposal Ideas 57 Wedding Themes 66 Prenup Guide 123 Wedding Planning Music 154 Learn Guitar 78 Singing Lessons 131 Deep Voice & Vocal Projection 143 Play Piano by Ear How To 154 Learn French 43 Bowling Guide 51 Become A DJ 167 Magic Tricks 28 Photography Posing for Models Misc 65 Cheap Air Tickets 91 Traffic Tickets 56 Natural Sweetener 121 Sedona Travel 138 Sweating cure Spirtual Topics 178 Witchcraft Guide 75 palm reading 81 Spiritual Healing 147 Meditation Guide 138 Dream Interpretation 10 Bonus Keywords 161 Pregnancy 91 Acupressure 96 Home Selling 159 Tarot Cards 175 Hypnotism 177 Swine Flu 86 H1N1 136 Reiki 154 Cellulite 147 Stop Snoring 85 Ballet Dancing 7 Extra Hot Keywords 197 Vericose Veins 169 Triathlon 106 Flag Football 121 Hiking Boots 67 Women's Boots 122 Women's shoes 88 Earth Shoes Total Keywords - 4875 Normal Retail Price of $18/list = $756 Normal WSO 50% Discount of $8/list = $378 Starting Price for this WSO: $17 I will be raising the price as we go, but for now I am offering these 42 keyword lists for only $17 and the price will increase by $1 for every 15 sales. This is research that would probably take most people 100 hours to complete. Need even more keywords? I have also included a coupon good for a HUGE 80% discount on any keyword list on my site at http://nicheresearchsystems.com? |

Sounds like a good, cheap option for someone that isn't interested in buying a keyword tool such as MNF or market samurai. I think a newbie could benefit from this, someone who doesn't understand niche keyword targeting.

Yes - some of my the people who buy my keyword lists are newbies, and this is a great way to get started. If anyone reading this is new, don't waste the time and money on advanced keyword tools - Howie and his team did the research to find these niches, and we did the keyword research for you, so just buy this WSO, pick a niche or two that looks interesting and get started! Most newbies spend way too much time picking a niche and learning keyword and market research. With this WSO, they can skip that phase and jump right to making money. Every one of these niche has profit potential for someone who will take the keywords and start creating content. But I have other regular buyers of my lists that are just sick of keyword research - even with the best tools (and I have used them all), there is still a lot of manual work that has to be done in order to get relevant synonyms for a particular niche and to weed out the keywords that do not fit into a niche. Successful internet marketers are all about speed and they realize that they can grab these lists and start sending them to outsourcers for content creation immediately. For a small amount of cash, someone can pick a half-dozen niches or so, quickly get articles written, build an affiliate or adsense site, create a few linkwheels (we can help with that, too ) and money will be on it's way.

Hi Thomas, I have got some technical questions that I'd like to draw your attention to. But the emails that I sent you kept being returned as "undeliverable." And the PM system couldn't reach you either. What other ways can I take so that I can send you the content please? Thanks. |

Hi johnchan, I am so sorry for the problems you had. I am sure that was frustrating. I did not receive a PM and did not receive a notice of your comment on this thread either. I typically check many times a day but was traveling over the weekend and only checking email. I just had the system resend the email with the download information. I can attempt other means if you do not receive the download. |

Hi Tom, It's very nice of you to have responded to my enquiry in such professional manner. I highly appreciate indeed. Now that I've got the download and everything, I'm very impressed with how valuable the content of this package is. Salute to you for work well done! Many thanks and keep up the good work. I shall look forward to more of your WSOs in the time to come... |

| They are in delimited text files that can be opened in Excel, OpenOffice, Google Docs, Google adwords tools, or even a text editor, but opening in a spreadsheet offers the most flexibility to filter, sort etc. Each niche is in a separate file, with each keyword on a line with the metrics for that keyword. I can provide in other formats if anyone has other needs, but this has seemed to work for everyone so far. |

As of now, about 20 copies have been sold, and there are 42 niches. Like most products, the majority of people will not do anything, and a few people will see the opportunity and create a lot of sites. In the past I have limited these lists to 10 per niche, but since I have bundled all 42 into one package, I will probably keep it live until 40 or 50 have been sold. But since I have some new packages coming out soon, I probably will not promote this WSO after this week.

alwiser - That is a great question. I actually am working on a new set of research products that will be coming out soon - instead of a random set of niche keywords, I am planning to create keyword lists around related niche groups. Right now, my plans are to have research packages in the following areas: money, health, fitness/diet, physical products (like you mentioned), local/offline, and perhaps entertainment. I am open to other suggestions as well. I am also working to add some additional competition analysis to these keyword lists. These will start being released in about two weeks. If I can get some of my programming modified by then. Also, my next package, which will be out in the next few days, will be all about niches and keywords related to New Years Resolutions! |

alwiser, Please explain a little more about what you were looking for and how you define 'profitability'. I really need to know what criteria you use in order to say whether these keywords make sense for you. For example, if you were looking at keywords for PPC campaigns that would be different than keywords for Adsense profits. Howie Schwartz selected the niches based on his criteria for profitable niche selection, and I took those niches and followed the same keyword research methodology that I have used to build hundreds of sites for several years, so I know that the methodology works and these are keywords that can make money for people. As I explained in the product description above, I loosened my typical 'competitiveness' criteria for this set of keyword lists at the request of several past customers who preferred to see the more competitive keywords that may be more difficult to rank for initially but over time they could rank for them. It allows people to choose whatever level of filtering they desire. If these keywords are not according to what you expected based on the description, I would be glad to offer a refund, but I would have to disagree with the statement that only .01% are profitable - that would mean only 5 out of the almost 5000 keywords is profitable, and I would expect that it is possible to make a profit from 90% or more of the keywords with the correct strategy. I am only providing the data, not the best strategy for each keyword. Every niche and keyword may require a slightly different strategy in order to make money. I may need to get into explaining the process I use for choosing the best strategy for making money with a keyword in the future - but it seems that everyone has a slightly different criteria they use depending on the tools and experience they have. |
