Had a chance to go through the guide. I should point out that what the OP talks about will definitely work and he goes through a couple of clever ways to cover your tracks..

He even gives you screenshots of some of the programs he's promoting...

I have done this before....and it works really well....and that's the reason most merchants won't allow you to do this since they feel that it's too easy(hence the reason to cover your tracks)

I should also point out that following his methods violates the TOS of most merchants..and if detected, will probably lead to your account being canceled...but the OP clearly says that this method is blackhat and risky..

So, use with a secondary account if possible...you will make money as long as you don't care about getting that account canceled (if detected).

No, you will not be banned from other networks. I have been doing this method for more than 2 years and have never been banned... its really all about staying under the radar. I have detailed how to blend in with other affiliates as naturally as possible in the report.
