Thanks, I'm happy you liked the info. Maybe in my next WSO I will include a signup box but now I just want everyone to know about this and its easier to get to people without a signup box.

Here are some answers to your questions:

A discription is not that important but the keywords are. You see, when you are permanantly forwarding and masking to a website (your affiliate link) you need your redirect to have the same keywords as your adgroup in google. Why? Because I found that when I didn't use keywords, I had a lower QS and when I did use it I always has a better QS. Im not a techie but I think that the keywords give google the expression that the site you are linking to is more relevant then when forwarding without keywords.
Yes it works with '.info' domains as well.

Im glad you liked it. The descripton and keywords are only important when you use PPC but if thats not the case then I only recommend the title so that your visitors can see a website title in their web browser tab.

I have tried promoting clickbank products this way before and after about 2 months my campaign was manually reviewed and slapped for inaccurate display url,so this is not 100% slap proof.

Thats because you probably didnt mask it. See thats the most important thing. When you don't mask your link google will slap you for inaccurate display. But when you mask your domain they really have no idea that your forwarding to another domain.

My understanding of what GoDaddy is doing for what they call "forward with masking" is just a framed redirect. Is this correct? Some other hosting services provide this service as well.

I have read in several places that framed redirects is a practice that Google frowns on. Is this not the case?

Do people not read Google's advertising policies? Google doesn't like this and they don't allow this. Straight from google advertising policies:

"We monitor and don't allow the following:
Framing: Ads for web pages that replicate the look and feel of a parent site. Your site should not mirror (be similar or nearly identical in appearance to) your parent company's or any other advertiser's site."

Use at your own risk.
