Your press release will be in google news by simply submitting your press release to the distribution sites, but since google news doesn't have an official news submission system in place there is nothing this software (or any software) could do to guarantee that your press release included.

No it only supports the sites that are listed but if you have a site(s) you want added to the program I'd be more than happy to try and add support for them.
