I'm not exactly sure about your question.
What do you mean by "set up a site and sell eBay products"?
You mean like selling electronics, clothes, trains, toys & other eBay niche products?

If you're asking me if there are sites there that sell physical products, the answer is "no". I just popped over and took a look and these niche sites are selling a wide array of digital products and online services.

The niche resource site is brilliant. I mean, how easier could it get to identify a profitable niche site than the site you provide? One could literally find many sites in an hour, proven to be effective, profitable niches.

Yes, and let me give you an example of how I would use this report if I wanted to get into affiliate marketing:

I would go to the resource site in my report and look for what successful aff. mrktrs. are promoting. They tell you how much they're earning, so you will know how successful they are.

I would also look to see what niches other people are having success in and determine if it would be a good niche to become an affiliate for. I would either promote the same thing they are or look for something similar to promote.

These are the stats you'll learn at the niche research site:

Name, URL & link to each site
Age of each site
Monthly & annual income
Exact source of revenue
Screenshot proof of income
Daily, monthly or annual traffic
Where the traffic comes from
Whether traffic is organic or paid
Unique Visitors per day, month or year
Page views per day, month or year
Screenshot proof of traffic stats
Forum stats: number of members, posts & visitor stats
Monthly & annual operating expenses
Keywords used to promote the site
Number of pages listed in major search engines
Number of backlinks according to major search engines
The exact source of each backlink
Advertisements used to promote the site
What the site sells
What service the site offers
Number of RSS subscribers
Google PageRank
Alexa ranking

My whole premise here is for you to learn from someone else's success, adopt it as your own and improve it if possible. Instead of starting from scratch at the very beginning of the niche-finding process and trying to find a good niche to build a money-making website in, you're going to find a site that's already making money in a good niche, learn how and why, and then do it too.
