The initial investment really depends on you. For me, 90% of my traffic comes from natural search engine results which is spelled F.R.E.E. Now if you're more involved with PPC, detailed Adwords cost for each keyword is included in the report.

I decided to go ahead and buy this as I am new to the weight loss niche but my angle is I am actually actively working towards losing weight!
I am in England so it will be interesting to see how this works. The product I promote is from a nutrionist in America though but I do have a .co.uk domain

Being in the UK shouldn't matter as far as keywords are concerned. The purpose of having proper keywords is to rank high in the search engines and drive easy traffic to your site,product, or offer. The only time I can think of when living in one country as opposed to another will make any difference is in certain CPA offers that restrict to a certain country or region.
