Hi Nic, Happy New Year to you..! I was wondering what kinda success rate you are having with your presentation with offline business owners. Are you qualifying them with some "hoops" before you go to sit down with them with the "Sales Champ System" and thats why you have a high success rate with this? Also what kinda of services are you offering a client? Is the focus on getting small businesses with NO site on the Web with a 'bread & butter' type of site to start, etc? You talk about making the jump to a higher $2-5k level so interested in knowing is it due to "volume" of contact or how you are differentiating to price at higher costs. Interested in knowing more of how you are succeeding with your own client base and how this fits into your overall business process and how it would transfer to using in my own business situation. Thanks so much! Jerold Johnson Los Angeles, CA |

The success rate has been very high. To hear the pitch, prospects have opted to listen to it of course (via the usual lead activities... emails, referrals, etc). Generally, biz owners know they should listen to somebody about this stuff... they just usually have no idea why. That's where the "Offline Sales Champ" kit comes in (it's literally a tool kit so you know what to say, what to ask and what to do next). The presentation makes it easier for owners to get their head around IM and why it is worthy of investment (the deck has great statistics, analogies and frameworks that really seem to resonate). The focus of what I sell is always based on what the customer needs and what their goals are (the Strategic Development worksheet helps facilitate this). So, the solutions I sell vary greatly. The goal is to move the client upstream to higher dollar services. And it doesn't take too many clients at $500 to get to that $2k or $5k. Hope that helps! PM me if you would like to chat more.

| The screen grabs are just meant as a preview to illustrate the quality of the layout and presentation (and the presentation and worksheets are multiple pages). And I wanted to go beyond just showing the typical ebook cover that you often see. Btw, Happy New Year to you too!

I designed it to take approximately 30ish minutes to cover it. If there is lots and lots of interaction, it can run 45+. More than a couple of times, it has been less than 10 minutes... where I am barely out of section 1 and the prospect is excited and "sold" (in fact, there is a point in the presentation where most people generally want to go ahead and dive into the next part of the process. I have noted that point in the slides for Warriors).

Hi Nic, Good Value. Thanks for the WSO offering. After taking a look at it, it seems to provide a good, well thought out sales process, which would be invaluable to someone who has never been in sales in the outside world. And remember for those not having sales experience, a PPT presentation helps you as much as the customer. This would save hours setting up your own. This isn't technical in nature, it seems most would be able to follow this. Leaves plenty of room to get the client involved in the process without feeling they are asking dumb questions. And the more they are involved, the higher your closing ratio. And if you find a client who is on the ball with some of this stuff, it gives lots of entry points to make it appropriately technical. I would suggest that to make it even more valuable, I would test adding a slide or two about the value of new customers. And for this WSO, You might add a video of your actual presentation to a group. Overall, a good value to Warriors who are looking for as easy and effective a plot to follow as they can. Glad I grabbed it. Thanks again, Corky Happy New Year! |

Hi Nic, I have to tell you I am impressed. As you know I thought I had seen everything I needed to see as it relates to Offline Consulting WSO's. All I can say is I am glad I decided to ask some questions for clarification before making what would have been a wrong decision to pass this up. It doesn't matter what a consultants talents are or what they know if they can't present it effectively to a business prospect. You have created an incredibly great presentation my friend. Just to mention a few reasons why I think it is so great: 1 - Clean and simply laid out so it doesn't overwhelm or confuse the prospect. In addition to that the presentation has a natural flow to it from the moment that you get their attention to the point they are begging you to help them with their marketing. 2 - The questionnaire you have prepared gives you everything you need to gather the information needed to best help your new client(s). They will also recognize you as a professional who truly cares about giving your all to help them. (This is great for when you ask them, "Who else do you know could benefit from our services? Do you mind giving them a call and let them know I will be contacting them?") 3 - The Cheat Sheet is awesome too because it helps keep you focused on where you are and where you need to go next in the fulfillment process of your new clients. 4 - I love how this ... as great as it is already ... is so customizable and not just generic. You can even tailor it for each prospect specifically if you like. Nic ... frankly in my honest opinion, if a person is doing Offline presentations this will simplify and help clear their heads (especially if new at this ... and even if you have some clients already in your book of business). All I can say is this is a no-brain'er. BUY IT, Add your logo and go present to somebody. I believe you will be able to close the first person you present to with this. Certainly out of 3 presentations you should get 1 or 2 new clients. This is Saturday but on Monday I will be using this to present 1-on-1 as well as any groups I put together. The ideas are flowing! Thanks again Nic for a well thought out and laid out presentation brother! Randy |

I bought more offline course than anything else this year (ok last year too.) and this one has something I need. My local community is crying out for help so the more I know the more I can help them get online. Thanks Nic!

This looks to be a slam dunk and I can't believe the price. Talk about a road map. I think one of the biggest problems with offline marketing is having a "clear path of solution" to offer clients. It is very easy to go in so many directions (off the road) and this seems to be a great tool kit for keeping you firmly planted on the task at hand. I use free videos to get the attention of local business owners, but once I have it, this is a great way to isolate them and drill down specific needs so I can address them properly. Thanks Nic Christopher |

A couple of quick notes: First, thanks for the great new reviews over the past couple of days! Second, this WSO will be closing shortly. As promised, there will only be a limited number of these that get sold so as not to saturate the market. I doubt this WSO will last past the weekend (the current price certainly will not). Enjoy! |

Hey Nic, This is exactly what I have been looking for. I have really been struggling to get my "offline" business off of the ground simply because I knew it was going to be a ton of work to put a presentation together. For $22, you really made my day. Thanks. I do have a question, how do you price your services? Do you charge a one time fee or get them on a monthly continuity program? What rates have you found are most profitable? Thanks again, Brett |

Hey Nic, Got it, I just going to say one thing WOW, great Job man, this will help me to close more offline clients for sure, one of the biggest problems that we as IM have is that we don't spent lot of time in front of people and our people skills are not very sharp at least in my case this going to make the presentation lot more easy, fluent and natural. Thanks man, great Job. |

Brett, to answer your question, I really try to package up a "solution" with a minimum re-occurring charge of $500 per month (sometimes to hook them, you can waive the "set-up" fee). Now, if someone just wants an auto-responder and 1 email blast per month or something, I do have some $250 per month customers (with the intent to grow their revenue later). And there have been folks that have said "just do my directory listings" for $297 and they have converted into high-dollar re-occurring customers later. So it is a bit dependent on the client and their specific needs, but I try to get everyone to at least the $500 mark, and preferably much more (which includes most of the services detailed on the workflow cheatsheet). P.S. One service that I try to avoid like the plague is website maintenance & updates.

Thank you for this great WSO One more step for offline clients I think this will be the future and your presentation will create the illusion to the client i know what i am doing. To guide offline clients who do not know about the internet should make for easy closings Thanks Don |

Thanks guys for more great comments. Just a quick note that the last of these kits are up. Once that counter reaches zero, this WSO will be closed. Which makes me kind of sad because it has been such fun!

Hi Nic, Got the last one. Just took a quick peep at it and I must say it's a pretty decent package. The beauty is it helps streamline the flow of presentation and biz process. I only wish that you'll at some point you can "beef" up the presentation to includes a more marketing oriented angle/orientation to the whole thing. :~) ...... customers don't just do the logical thing sometimes it's the subtle marketing call for action that pushes them over the edge ![]() Sylvester |

| WSO Pro informs me that we are rapidly approaching the promised sales cut-off limit on this WSO. As I write this, WSO Pro will shut this down at 100. It won't return -- ever! -- after it hits that magic number!
