Regarding Offline Rights To The Content:

After consulting with some much more experienced PLR marketers, I have decided to offer the offline rights on a case by case basis, so that I can help to preserve the value of the material.

Also as the offline rights consist of a different market (much the same as translation rights) I have been advised to charge an additional fee for the license. But don’t worry it won’t be anything extravagant.

If I do issue you offline rights, my only real stipulation would be that unless you significantly changed the content, you would not be allowed to register it as a book with an ISBN number, because that would give you the monopoly for the content in its existing format...if that makes sense.
