2 out 3 of the methods will work outside the US (of course, this also will depend on what payment processor options your country has if Paypal is not available.) The third, only accepts US applicants, however, if you can find a US partner, (which shouldn't be too hard on forums such as these) you can probably work around that too.

I have purchased the WSO and this is my unbiased and honest review on DanielleS WSO:

This is an info product (eBook) in pdf format which comes with 3 bonuses. Current price is $7.
The main idea of the book (the plan) is not something new and is not suitable for everyone. You have to have writing skills at least to implement it. Also it could be the problem for people whose English is a second language (e.g. as me). Also it is not easy to do stuff that required everyday’s work and knowledge how to come out from the competition.

What I liked:
- The plan itself is doable and doesn't require a lot of time and money to invest
- The offer (surprise bonus) that will help to start making money online for those who doesn’t have money right now to cover initial cost involved with her plan.
- There are some resources such as “the secret website” that can help to make substantial amount of money by implementing the plan (you have to apply from the U.S.)
- The ebook has “Table of Contents” and page numbers for easy navigation that shows some degree of professionalism (Unfortunately there are a lot highly priced eBooks that lacks it - even not every guru’s product has it)
- The idea to use some free and paid automation tools to write articles and make videos

What I don’t liked:
Note: Again, it is easy to be polite and say what are good than what is not, but, as I mentioned in the beginning, it is honest review and nothing else.
- Ebook graphics looks outdated and low quality
- Ebook formatting is poor (e.g. different fonts for the same subtitle on different pages / some pages are ¾ empty without obvious reason)
- Niche and Keyword research is very basic
- How to Write Articles info is very basic
- Some bonuses is from 2008

Conclusion:
This ebook has a very good idea/plan on how to start making money online in one week or so and could be useful for newbies, especially if you don’t know anything about freelancing, internet/article marketing and don’t have any money to start with. It is not suitable for people who don’t want or cannot write articles (e.g. has a writer’s block) and who is not proficient with English language as well. Overall, for $7 it is a valuable resource for newbie to have.
