Unfortunately this course will never be offered as PLR. This is an intensive course on offline marketing where I show people exactly how I built up what is currently a $50K+ /year business.

I realize this costs a significant amount more than things I normally produce, but that is because of the value in what you are getting. If you are looking for a true blueprint from a person doing this already, that spells everything out for you, this is it.

I just downloaded the files. I have not yet even watched a video but I had to jump in here and say that the sample contracts and sample letter that Matt included have really got me pumped up already. I received some questions through PM and am going to post the answers here to benefit everyone:

Do you talk about pricing strategies?

Yes, I reveal exactly what I charged when I first started, along with what I charge now. I also talk about the benefits of charging more/less.

Do you talk about building credibility?

This is a tough one if you don't have a paying client, but I offer a whole section on "starting your business" where I talk about different things that will add credibility to you (have your own phone number, join the chamber of commerce, dress professional, etc.). I talk about how I got started with no clients and what I did to get them.

Do you share examples of calls/scripts on how you contact clients?

I have a whole section where I lay a foundation for ways to approach clients. I cover multiple advantages of IM services (such as how cost effective it is compared to newspaper ads and it can be tracked, and so forth). I also talk about meetings I had and how i sold to my clients, etc. I also include the exact letters that I send out to get meetings.

Do you include any contracts?

Yep! I include a short and also lengthy one.

Do you charge for listing a business in the Google local business directory?

The google local listing is a part of my seo package. It is a great way to get pretty quick results for a client. I wouldn't give it away as I think that's a bit much. I do make a short video and put it on youtube for some clients at my first meeting, and I talk about that.

I was just approached by an offline marketer and prominent local business man who was concerned about the decline of his business due to the fact that it involves brochures, postcards, and flyers. I am just haft way with the courser and I got to say that Matt hit it out the park again, this is more that a business in a box Matt it takes you by the hand and walks you through all the steps to launch or improve your offline business.

The PDF that comes with SWO works in perfect harmony with the videos because he talks about the subject at hand and then tells you what video to watch where Matt goes deep into the subject.

I got to say that there isn’t a more completed program out there, I have bought many courses looking for answer to a lot of the questions that comes up when you are starting a new business and none have deliver so far. Some give you pieces here and there but this one gives you everything you need.

Yes, personally I don't even do PPC for businesses. I feel that SEO is a much more solid long-term model. I don't see this being an issue in New Zealand.
