How does it work?

The size of documents needing to be translated range anywhere from 1,000 words to 500,000 words. Your profit margin is typically $0.04 to $0.02 a word.

So, if you have a 50,000 word document translated for a $0.02 profit then you have just made $1,000!

How much time will this take?

My experience is that if takes half an hour a day to begin the negotiation process. After that, the time depends on how many people negotiate with you. Expect at least 1 hour a day to talk to your clients.

As you grow, you’ll need more time. But to start out you’ll need at least an hour a day.

The nice thing about this is that you can decide how much to take on. If you don’t have a lot of time then you can chose how much business you want to get.


How much can you make?

The potential is unlimited but IS limited to your time at first.

Starting out you should be able to get 2 documents a week. The size of those documents will always vary and therefore so will your paycheck.

If you get an average of 50,000 word documents though then that’s $2k a week!

A while back there was a translation company for sale just like the one you are going to build that was making $30K a month.


Why and I giving this away?

I actually bought this business about 6 months ago for $3,400. I was intrigued by the idea. My goal was to run it myself for a little while and then hire someone to do it for me. I ran it for two weeks and realized I couldn’t keep it up because I had too much going on. So, I hired a friend to run it. He ended up being “un-capable” so I hired a translator to run it. Well, he turned out to be too busy with his own translation jobs. I haven’t had the time since to find someone to run it and its just been “sitting on my shelf”. So here it is, I’m practically giving this away when you consider what I bought it for!


Can this be outsourced?

Absolutely, it’s just a matter of finding the right person. The company I mentioned above that’s making $30k has two employees that run it.


Can this get saturated?

Yes and no. 95% of people that buy guides don’t do anything with them. It’s sad, but true.

If 100% of everyone buying this guide does exactly what the guide says then one of the parts of the business could get saturated. However, I include other methods of getting traffic and clients that will allow you to bypass that area.

Just finished going over the material, this is a short yet action packed (read step by step content) explaining in detail everything that's required to start and run a successful translation business. It's easy and to the point. You even include actual draft samples of letters to send to clients!

I'm truly amazed at the quality of the content in this WSO. And all of this for $7? Dana, I think you're a bit crazy for giving away an entire business plan for the price of a a couple of hot dogs and a pop!LOL Just insane! I have purchased (unfortunately might I add ;o ) a LOT of WSOs and this is not only one of the absolute best ones but one of maybe 1 or 2 that really got me excited and I can totally see myself succeed in!

Being a polyglot and speaking 5 and a half languages, friends and family have always been telling me to get into the translation biz. Now, I know the best and most lucrative way to really and finally get involved with something that I do enjoy!

Thanks for turning on the light of inspiration in my head Dana. Oh and if I may give you an advice, please reprice this WSO to at least $99 if not higher ASAP. Seriously! This is a real and realistic 6 figure opportunity for someone who takes this seriously and works at it. Unlike the majority of other WSOs which are the same rehashed crap over and over again, this is fresh, unique.

Now on a a little more egoistical tune, I do hope and pray that you're right when you wrote that 95% of people who buy a book/WSO won't do anything with the info as this is the real deal!

just read this report and wanted to post my impressions.

what you are getting here is a 24 page pdf. which lays out this business model in a step by step manner.

dana has done an EXCELLENT job of putting it all "out there" in a way that looks like it will not be very difficult to implement and to take action with using this report as your guide.

like anything else it looks like there is a little bit of a learning curve......you just have to get out there and take the steps laid out in this wso.....take your lumps in the marketplace and learn what works for you and what doesn't. that said however, it does appear that if you do so, eventually you will be able to get your business off the ground and making some pretty decent profits.

very refreshing opportunity.....no advanced technical skills needed....no real seo...backlinks...cpa...tons of article marketing or a lot of the other chores that many marketers are trying to avoid in order to be successful.

Or are you referring to email or chat type communication via internet?
I'm travelling in the philippines at the moment (i'm aussie) and local telecoms and an office situation is largely beyond me until i get settled.
I'm trying to understand if this is viable in my present circumstances.

As this is a business selling a service, signed documents are required, the templates of which are provided in the WSO. Hence a fax machine would be required.
Unless Dana suggests other options.

I have never used faxed before. I would always scan and so did the clients. However you can fax if you want to or just do email agreements which I provided templates for

I see that only 1 copy is left and I wanted to buy it but the problem i need to get some fast cash in order to pay .. I am not from US and $7 is quite big amount in my country and its not for couple of hotdogs .. it can feed my kids 3 meals for one & half day.

But I wanted to buy it becoz I work as freelance translator which make some living doing this job. not much but doing ok to keep surviving with no fix job & struggling to make money online. (trying to make in CPA biz).

So would u consider an additional copy if i manage to get that $7 (which it might take few days unless i start to make online money)... becoz the new price $17 quite hard to squeezed my budget.

But only one thing, I got to know about ur report a bit late otherwise I would make at least $250 for free. That becoz I got a translation project with over 34,000 words. I got it 2 weeks ago & I already finished it. If I got the report much earlier I will outsource it & enjoy free time & free money. Yeah making money translating on your own is good money but it will consume your time and it is not an easy job. It squeezes your brain very well

I have been doing technical translation work (mainly for the oil industry) for the last sixteen years, and lately the translation agencies that I work with have been asking me to edit the work of other translators that charge them a lower rate than mine, with the obvious result of reducing my monthly income significantly (I guess it is the price of providing good and timely translations).

I am wondering if your guide would help me finding work with new clients?

I want to clarify something. The purpose of this business is NOT to short change translators. If a job does not pay well enough for you both to make a decent profit, then don't take the job.

i advice u go for it becoz the resources given will lead u to many clients willing pay in order to get the job done .. u r specialized in oil which has great potential. From Dana' WSO u can use it to start ur own translation agency or you can use the information to get clients for urself . Even total newbie to translation industry or has never translate a word before, still can setup the biz.

Actually, I am working with a very good local agency which they pay will for translation. I got to know them from one of the resources given by Dana but that was before i get to know this WSO

Haha no I had a laptop that was having major issues. I figured it out though. The same issues started happening on my new computer and thats when I found out that my anti-virus was causing the problem. Ive had NOD 32 for years and never had an issue with it until now.
