Total newbies are allowed. In fact, I wish I'd had a coach/mentor back when I first started doing affiliate marketing and Adsense. I'm sure I would not have wasted as much time as I did early on.

I don't have any requirements, no. Everything I use and recommend in the program can be done with free tools. I'll talk about a couple of paid software programs, but they are definitely not required at all. You can do this all without spending anything more than the cost of hosting and domains.

If you're serious about building a lasting business and you don't expect to get rich quick, this could be for you. Don't let being a "newbie" slow you down.

Hey, well here's the thing about site flipping. There are real experts - many of them here on this forum - and I'm not one of them. I have done a fair amount of site selling, but I almost sell them through my own list of previous buyers who I contact when something's available. I don't often sell any on public sites like Flippa. But I will cover in this coaching program the basics of how to move files to another server and what you need to be able to show potential buyers to make sales and get higher prices. So you will learn about it - just not as in-depth as many others here could teach you if you're starting from scratch. Hope that makes sense.

I will not be getting at all into how to flip any other kinds of sites. Just the ones like I teach you to build for Adsense and affiliate marketing. Nor will I get into buying sites to resell. That's completely outside of this program, but I do understand that it can be a lucrative business if you learn to do it correctly. So if that's something you're interested in, I encourage you to look around for info about it.

After the 2 weeks, the program ends and you leave with all the knowledge you need to take action and start building your business. But I don't disappear, of course. I'll always be here and just an email or PM away. I'm just one person, so I might not always be able to get back to you right away after the 2 weeks are up, but I won't ignore you. That's not my style.

Hi, what I'm going to do is give you a complete, custom mini site that me and my team will create for you as part of this program. Yours will be unique and yours to keep. No one else gets the same site. Then in the coaching I'll go over how you can use the templates used to create that site over and over when you make your own. It becomes very very simple when you can just plug in different content using a template system like this. It removes your need to learn a lot of HTML and CSS and all the rest. If any of that seems hard right now, well, that's what coaching is about. I'll take away any of the "hard" - even if you're completely new to all of this.

Hi Steve, this will be based on HTML and CSS templates. The reasons I prefer that over WP for Adsense sites are two-fold. First, learning to use WP can be intimidating for newer folks, and WP does produce very bloated code in many cases. I like very clean, simple sites that have reduced code going on in the background. And second, have you ever sold a site using WP? It can be a total nightmare to transfer a WP site to another host. All those files and directories, and the MySQL database is a huge headache.

I like WP and do use it for some things, but almost never for these types of sites. I like to flip sites when I can, and it's so much easier and faster for everybody involved when you use simple HTML and templates. Piece of cake when you decide to make some big money selling a site.

Nobody should let the fact that this is based on HTML and CSS scare them, by the way. I'll make it all very simple, I promise. Mostly it will just involve making a very few changes to the templates every time you set up a new site. This will speed things up tremendously for you! You won't waste a lot of precious time fiddling with WP installations and widgets and plug-ins and all that stuff.

This way is much simpler, much faster, and produces sites that look clean, load fast, and work. Simple as that.

This will work for anyone at any level of experience. If you're completely new to it all, then it'll just mean I need to spend more time with you on an individual basis. And that's ok. That's part of what coaching is about. Everyone comes in with different skills. I've designed this so that even if you are brand new, it isn't hard to grasp the concepts and implement the actions needed to start producing your own Adsense and affiliate sites quickly. I promise this won't be one of those deals where you get handed a bunch of material and then the "coach" disappears on you. I don't operate like that. I'll help as much as you need me to - within reason of course. I'm just one person, after all. That's why I've limited this to only a few participants.

Great question! You will not have to purchase anything to do this (other than hosting and domains, of course). I'm going to build a website for each participant, which will contain an HTML and CSS template that you can simply copy and paste for all future sites. It's very simple, and if anyone has even minor problems along the way, that's what I'm here for. Much simpler than installing WP, getting all the plug-ins set up, widgets, MySQL databases, YIKES!

What I teach is MUCH simpler and just as (even more) effective.

You can use any host you want with this. Nothing special needed at all. I use HostGator, and I know their Baby account allows unlimited sites for about $10/month. That would be perfectly fine for this. You really will not be limited at all in your choice of web hosts.

I have never used GoDaddy for hosting, so I can't say there's anything wrong with them. I know a lot of people like their domain registration, but that's another thing entirely.

In terms of how many hours/day, that's going to vary a lot from person to person. With a little practice, you should be able to do everything - from finding the right niche/keywords to domain registration to site building - in just a few hours. I can do it in 3-4 hours, but I have lots of practice. I would say that if you were dedicated, you could easily put up 5 sites per week working part-time. 2/day if you had full-time to devote to this.

It really is a step-by-step system. The content changes, of course, from site to site, but the process itself is identical. Kind of like an assembly line. I like to think of each site as a seed planted in my garden. Some will sprout and produce something good, while some will never take hold. The key is to keep going, pay attention to what is working, and learn to avoid the niches/keyword types that are not working. I'll be teaching all of this.

The sites you will make will be basically done once you set them up. You may choose to tweak them or add more content later, but it's optional. What is never "set and forget" is getting traffic to them. You will need to do some backlinking, as with any site. Keyword choice is very important for that and I'll cover it, but there really is no such thing as just putting up a site and walking away and making money. Not consistently, anyway. Now and then you might get lucky, but it's not the norm.

Hi Doug,

I will spend some time going over some backlinking methods I use with these Adsense/Affiliate marketing sites. Honestly, though, one of the best things about what I teach is that the sites don't usually take a lot of backlinking to get ranked on Page 1. It comes down to picking the right niches, the right keywords, and then doing some very specific things on the pages you set up to give your site a huge advantage when it comes to Google ranking!

While I would never expect you to give any estimated earnings from your coaching I know that many people have different goals in mind when it comes to Adsense sites.

Some people set up numerous sites to get them to $1 a day and then move on and I know people who go for $100 a day with one huge authority site. So with that in mind can you give me a very rough average of what you would personally expect to earn from applying your methods to niche Adsense sites.

PS main reason is that I already have a number of niche Adsense sites earning around $1 a day. If I could ramp it up without needing to build an authority site then that would be good.

It will vary a lot. It's one of the reasons I prefer having lots of smaller sites out there in various niches. That way, I get a clear idea of which niches make good money and which are duds. Then I'll go back and fill out a small site with more content to take advantage of a good niche. The others I will either sell or just sort of let lie dormant. I always want to be spending my time on new sites and adding content to the older ones that are making me the most money.

So there will be hits and misses. You fine-tune things by learning from the hits and avoiding the misses as you do this more and more.

I have sites that surprised me and make $10 or $20 each day, and then I have sites that I was sure would do great and they flopped. The trick is learning from the results so you get better at it over time. More winners, fewer losers.

With my system, you cast a wide net. You enter a lot of niches and then you track the results and focus on those niches that are making you money. It's the best way I've found in my 6-7 years of doing affiliate and Adsense sites.
