In the video I give specific examples of a real estate client work I've done - including a physical product....

Templates - hmmm...that is in some of my other products...

when I get some cleared time in the next few weeks - I'll offer a bonus webinar to go over some specific marketing templates etc. to use and a ppt. presentation you can have and use right away...

remember - it is about the relationship first - contact them - talk to them - all the tools can help - the first step is to craft a relationship

Why do i say that?

REaltors and RE investors - think about what makes them successful in their biz - it is relationships/referrals -

model how to 'close them' after how they do biz...

relationships and referrals so simply talk to them/contact them...they will respond to that FAR MORE than any template website I drive them back to, or report or......anything.

their motto is this "If you aren't talking on the phone, you aren't making any money" - so mimic their style and you very well may SHOCK yourself with a client and check in hand!

They all need websites/social media/offline mktg campaigns terribly, lustily, I gotta survive kinda mode!

I got the PDF downloaded and it opened just fine but the videos keep looping -- the download box keeps popping open asking me to "OPEN" "SAVE" or "CANCEL". I even downloaded "videolan" just to ensure that it wasn't the issue -- still can't get the videos to open. I've made several attempts to get it to work. Please help -- I'm hungry for this information!

Hey there - have you right clicked, then hit save as - download to your computer...and open with video lan...

Normally I wouldn't hesitate to jump on board, its just that from my years experience w real estate agents, i've learned how damn cheap they are. Not to mention the state of housing and real estate market. Of course, if you're able to convince them they can prosper through these services that's another story...

McGruff - there is a huge market for this niche - cream rises to the top - it's about targetting the RE professionals that are making money...and that is easy to find out...

Even calling your local title company and asking who brings in the most deals...you can quickly target the ones that 'get it' and know that marketing brings in more revenues...

Or calling the brokers and asking how has the most listings...some of that is even published.

For real estate investors, the local re clubs - they organizers of those know the 'real players' and those clubs have 'lists' as well to JV with!

I've taught and presented to hundreds of folks in this niche and they still pay $4,000 and up for a simple landing page type of website...think of the value you can bring to them for four grand!
