Hi Jtunk,

You can use it even with a share hosting account! As long as you have access to a cpanel you can install the software.

You only need one copy per hosting account where you can install on the root domain and it will automatically scan all the folders (including addon domains) inside your account.

Just check it out!

Same query as Melody really. I have a couple of reseller accounts with two different companies. Each reseller account allows me 100 accounts. Therefore I would need to buy 200 copies to protect each individual account. Is the software unlimited and can be installed on all these accounts - or locked to one single IP or server ?

Hey Melody,

You pay only $17 and you get to install the software on UNLIMITED number of accounts as you wish!

There's no restriction to you. But it should only be for personal use.

Hi Jeff,

You pay only one time and you install on as many accounts as you wish.

But like I said, it should be for personal use only.

If you are a hosting reseller, you can install it on your root folder only to protect all the customers sites but you CANNOT resell or give it free to them.

Like I said, this wso is a real deal!

Just go ahead and it give a shot! I'm confident that you'll love it.

Hi John,

For now the script is specifically designed to scan and protect from Gumblar virus only. If ever the Gumblar virus changes it definition, we will offer a free update to fix the Gumblar virus.

And to my knowledge, WSG is the only software which does that automatically on a server.

As you are probably aware, I'm offering UNLIMITED licenses for only $17 in this WSO. I do plan to release an upgraded version containing MANY MORE virus definitions and also other protection modules against Hackers in the near future but this one is NOT going to be a free update.

you dont need this to keep your wp blog safe, just have a solid password and make sure you update your WP every week or month when ever there is an update.

Looks like you didn't understand the purpose of this WSO nor do you understand how the Gumblar virus works.

If Honda.com and other reputable worldwide companies were being affected, why do you think you can protect your site with just a "strong password"? :-)

It sounds good, by the way what root it adopts to reach the server.. will you explain. If its uploaded from the computer in our use then which kind of anti virus program works good to stop it going to the server.

Hi nRehman,

From my personal experience, it was hard to remove gumblar from my pcs. I did check with Norton and McAfee and they didn't detect it.

Avast will surely detect the virus as it was the first one to find out about it. But to be frank I never installed it on my PC as I formatted my hard disks and reinstalled everything.

That's the surest way to go after having almost my entire business affected and I recommend you doing that as well if you are facing the same situation.

But it's important to note that WSG protects only websites. It doesn't clean your PCs. So even if it spreads from your PCs when you login to your FTP, WSG will detect and clean it from your server.

Thanks for the explaining, you are right. I think there is a need to protect both the ends I mean computer in your use and server you are owning. I wish FTC new rules amendments will come to order all these hosting companies to use anti gumbler kind of protection while offering hosting packages
