Hi Seree or anyone who may know this answer...

I'm a new affiliate marketer and would like to use this on a landing page to send traffic via PPC (Adwords). From what I understand in Google's TOS is they don't like pop-ups/unders.

This plugin looks awesome and to ME, it doesn't look like a popup but do any of you experienced pros know if I used a plugin like this on my landing page using Google's Search/Adwords if it would get me into trouble?

The lightbox opt-in is OK with Google Adwords

I implemented the lightbox on a new landing page where I was setting up an Adwords campaign. Google disapproved of two of the four ads (all were pointing to the same page with the lightbox!!). I sent an email to them saying that it was a "pop-over, not a pop-up" and explained per Jason’s post above:

"the lightbox form (from Aweber) isn’t actually a new window that appears - it’s a part of the page just like text/images/etc. And it goes away when the page is closed, the user hits "ESC" or the form is closed using the "close" link."

They responded:

"Thank you for your email. I am sorry that your ads were wrongly disapproved for pop-ups. I looked into your account and have approved your ads. Your ads should be up and running on Google soon.

Your patience and understanding is appreciated."

So, if you run onto problems with them, try the same argument…

From my test, Google didn't ban me but I'm not sure I got a 'GOOD' quality score or not.

It would works with Thesis theme.

However, you have to use the upgraded version as I've not fixed the issue in the free version yet.

My main concern is that this plugin does not affect my Adsense earnings in any way.

I'm not quite sure I understand your question or not.

Here are my comments.
- My plug-in doesn't support exit pop-up for Wordpress blogs.
- When visitor click on your AdSense ad, they should go to the web site that owned the AdSense ad. Not related to the pop-up.
- My plug-in will not affected to your AdSense earning at all, but it will enable you to earn more by doing a good backend sell after you've got their emails.

WOW, had big issues with the free version.... BOUGHT THE PAID VERSION, and it FLAT KICKS ASS. Installed in 4 minutes, followed the steps and its an ass kicking plugin. I cant belive how well this thing works. Just what my wordpress needed.
