Hi Seree,
I have purchased the FasterIM Optin plug-in. I have had it installed some time and just started to use it.

When i was testing it trhis time the pop up showed once and once only To cut a long story short I have tried everything to try to make it work but there is just niothing there at all -I even deleted the folder n files n up loaded the folder n files again but to no avail

Please advice of what to do

That probably you have configured to show it once in a period of time.

You can try by remove cookies and re-visit your site again.

This is a good plug-in, but I'm not sure about the support. I bought it in April and there have been updates since then (as shown above), but they don't send me an email for the download link and don't respond to my emails.

Seree, back in August I got an email containing some screenshots off you about an update for your plugin that was due out. I received another in about December saying it would be a couple of weeks as you was beta testing it. The new features looked very useful indeed, however, I still haven't received the update.

Has this update been released yet and I've missed the email?

I've sent out the latest beta version on the last 2 weeks and now I almost happy with the feedback and would like to say it will be launched officially in the mid of this month.

Yes, you can do video opt-in as well in the upgraded version. Also, you can use custom HTML mode as well.
