I use Wordpress, but it doesn't matter whether you are using Wordpress, Blogger, HTML or what script to build your website. As long as you remember the 1 principle I mention in the report when designing your site template, it will work and work well.

If you are referring to to the template design, I would say that it won't restrict you on the niche selection. You are free (no pun intended) to exercise your creative juice. That's also why I'm not providing a sample template, although in the report, I did include a screenshot of one of my top CTR templates as I explain on what are the elements to avoid.

Is the CTR dependent exclusively on your templates or can the knowledge be implemented on an already existing website without changing the template?

In other words are they based on templates or color, placement, size variables?

The high CTR is actually a result of implementing both secrets 1 and 2.

Secret 1: I can't really elaborate on it without giving the it away.
Secret 2: I talk about the elements that you need to avoid on your template. So, I would say that it is very possible that you will need to make changes to your site template.

Actually, mine is not a step by step course to making money with Adsense. If you're looking for a step by step course, then check out John Xfactor's course.

I can't guess the type of revenue you will get since each niche pays out differently.

What my report does is that... The first secret guides you to choose the correct type of market to target (if you're think physical products, you're half wrong) and the secret secret touches on how to design your template so as to ensure maximum CTR from your visitors.

My report does not deal with keyword research technique (personally I outsource my keyword research), content writing (also outsoruced) and traffic generation. So, it cannot be termed as "newbie friendly".

1. More information on how to blend strategy 1 and niche selection will be great.
2. Strategy 2 should not be new to those already into Adsense, but an important one for newbies starting out.

Overall, felt price of report @$9.95 is on the high side for my case...

I knew part of it and for the price I paid I'm satisfied. You see, you did a great part of the research (point 1) so I don't have do it. It saves me time and money.

One question if I may. You talk about a script for Adsense statistics and don't suggest any in particular. I would appreciate if you could tell which one you prefer.

keyword research is easy , but what do you look out for when doing the re-search ???

For $9.95 you are going to teach me how to get a 50% plus CTR and you are going to teach me how to design a template? To say I am skeptical is putting it mildly. Do you guarantee this?

By the way, I have no idea on how to design templates, I never learned PHP (which is what templates are programed in, I believe).

I think I have to splurge the sawbuck to see if you can do this. This is a tall order, but if you can do it, then there should be nothing stopping me from earning a living on the web. I just hope that you will stand behind your word if I can't accomplish it or come close, after reading your report.
