Thanks for pointing that out. Let me clarify...

..."for your online or offline business" refers to your online or offline business, i.e. you can use the methods outlined in the report to increase the profits of your own online or offline business.

The terms/rights DO allow you to sell the reports to your Online customers/clients, but not offline, i.e. you cannot distribute/sell them to offline customers, clients, etc.

Bryan's reputation for the many who know him makes it pointless for him to spend a lot of time on his landing page. He is doing this WSO to make quick money to donate to Haiti relief, so giving a great deal to those who already know him by putting up a really fast page is a time effective way to raise those funds.

The question that I have, however, is that these seem to be PLR, but if I can't give or sell them to my clients, I'm not sure what the point of PLR is. I already have this content myself, but to have it for PLR for my own clients would be a no-brainer purchase for me.

You can sell it to your clients. You can even sell standard resale rights to them.

But only online, not offline.
The terms are explained on the landing page.

Wow.. this WSO is an absolute no-brainer! Bryan's products are always top notch, and you get PLR rights to 4 of his reports for less than what PLR usually costs for one report (OR get PLR for 1 report for just $10).
