As Mike mentioned "it is likely due to an issue with your email provider". Most use SMTP aka Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. It doesn't have a problem with out going mail it just marks it sent and holds it until it can be delivered. If your on the receiving side and your waiting for an email you may have to wait. If there is a good amount of incoming mail and your email provider doesn't have an adequate number of mail servers to handle the load delivery is delayed. Emails coming in often encounter a bottleneck when SMTP is being used and the heavier the load the longer you wait.

Always good to report a purchase process or delivery problem and alert a seller regardless of the reason.

Take a chill pill... no need to get all excited over nothing!

If you simply take the time to read everything and follow the steps necessary you will get the information you are requesting...

Her reply wasn't anything fishy trying "to promote something" as you incorrectly stated... it was simple instructions on how to sign up to the webinar. Every webinar has a signup page so the company hosting the webinar can send you to the right website url. Again this is common and standard procedure.

You sure are fast to make accusations about someone else, huh? Who has taken your money and run? Where did that even come from?? Why would you even need to file a complaint, when if you would have simply read your PM instructions you would have gotten everything you requested!

Even though the internet is fast... there are delays and bottlenecks! People are in different timezones half way around the world. Just because you don't get a reply back within minutes... doesn't mean you have to act immature and start making threats about filing complaints!!! Delays happen for a whole variety of reasons so get used to it... as it won't be the last time it happens to you or anyone else

Nah I don't need help - was just posting how long my email took so that they would wait a bit longer before getting upset.. like at first you expect it to arrive instantly, and when it didn't, you wonder if something is wrong or that you missed something, and then a couple of hours later it arrived and so when I saw the complaint about not hearing anything, I thought they might just need to wait a few hours like I did and all would be well..

I can certainly understand your frustration. I mean, I've been here too, the sales letter gets me all excited, I buy, and I can't wait to dig in, but then it happens. It either takes a while for the product to get delivered or there is just a glitch with the delivery system.

When this happens, don't you think you should be reasonable and fair to the seller? I'd hardly consider "a few hours" waiting to warrant such a vicious and public display of contempt. Let alone, consider that reasonable and fair.

I would also like to point out that while you may not know "the type of marketer we're dealing with here." A lot of other people, myself included, know exactly who we're dealing with.

Maria, is probably one of the most stand up people in the forum who always over-delivers every time and has some of the craziest prices I've ever seen. Some of her products she could easily charge 5-10X the price she does and still have them snapped up.

Now, obviously, being your first time dealing with her, I can understand you wouldn't know all the above and this little "hiccup" has caused you a great deal of malcontent.

However, I'd also like to point out that before you make wild accusations of a seller that they're going to "take the money and run" You do a little more due diligence on the person you're making that accusation about. Most of all, you should consider how getting yourself worked up into a frenzy over a $4 product without giving the seller a reasonable amount of time to reply to your issue, makes you look.

First off, you've now done two webinars for the case study and the information from both of them have been magnificent. While there are a couple of things that I've done before, you have helped me think of my customer's needs in other ways than I normally do. Maria also has a great way of bringing up a point, showing an example, and then showing the "how it was done". No real guesswork, and NO SECRETS!

All this for the $5 I paid? Geesh, talk about a steal. The resources that I have gotten regarding outsourcing and project management themselves would have been worth a $97+ WSO, no kidding.

I've probably bought over 50 WSO's from here. Most of them are bunk (sorry if your WSO was bunk and I just offended you), but everything I've gotten from Maria (five WSO's and a couple of non-WSO products from her website) have been spot-on to not only what was advertised, but it helped me more than advertised. She truly is fantastic and knows her stuff.

Best bang for the buck! I made real money ($1,000) using Maria's system.

My client was so excited with the Money Mindmap and all I did was add their company logo!!! I invoiced $500 for 5 minutes of work and 1 1/2 hours to present over a gotomeeting.com session. Total time spent = 95 minutes. $500/95 minutes = $5.26 per minute or roughly $315 per hour!

I'm now upselling the client to the Big Kahuna Package ($10K) on the frontend and looking at 100 sales (average $1,000 commission per sale - do the math 100 x $1,000) on my backend product for a big event in May 2010. The client has lots of prominent members who are 50+ years of age and suffering from various ailments that this backend product can truly help them back to health and get them off medication!

Where are you going to get approx. 5 1/2 hours of real-world insights into a working consulting biz, with a LOT of gold nuggets thrown in along the way, for such a paltry fee?

Which would you rather be presented with - theory or reality?

In my opinion, the first webinar alone (2 hrs) is worth 10 times the asking price of the whole four-part series.

So, in short, if you have any inkling that offline consulting might be your "thing", or if it already is, it would be foolhardy to pass up the opportunity to soak up all of this quality material.

I bought this and received the link to access the webinar, but I DID NOT receive the userID and password to access it.

I'd really like to access it ASAP, but I haven't heard back from your support team since I opened the ticket at your help desk. (Admittedly, it's been less than two hours since I submitted the ticket.)
