Importtest? I assume you mean the Wizard. Since, it's in Beta and won't be released until April I don't see how it could be available. If your referring to the Toolkit part that does not have an import option, which we already mentioned to you in this post on March 10th As far as opening up the Toolkit portion to the Trial that is something we are still considering but once again it does not have an import option |

Youve got a great product, however think you need to get the ability to add sites very user friendly which I assume the wizard will do. Also for a head start, I think you need to put in some more high PR sites, I see that you are adding sites, however if they are all pr0 then the effect these links bring can really be disputed. I'll keep an eye on this thread, however if you have a piece of software which supports multiple platforms and say 2000 high pr sites (none under pr5 for example) and a high success rate, then your sales will go through the roof. Some of the PR0 sites can even be harmful if they are from 'bad neighbourhoods' etc Trust me on this one. So what are your future plans? |

For those of you contemplating buying this software, here's my quick input & mini review... So yesterday I spent a couple hours playing Starcraft II beta on my pc, while my laptop did 539 successful backlinks in a single continuous run (spun my username, links, etc). Once it was all done, I just ran the ping step (which took forever with all those sites ). What used to take me weeks to accomplished in a short amount of time, not too shabby... Now to be fair, I did invest a couple days in adding all those sites into Sick Profile Manager. But it's a one time action, and now I can rotate through my 50+ different websites I am promoting atm. And if a site goes down it's easy to remove from my list. For me, this program is exactly what I was looking for, small footprint & doesn't drag down my system at all, the gui is simple and makes complete sense (no funky weird or backwards logic). Site management is a breeze, as results are saved in a file I can easily edit/manipulate/update with notepad - I actually feel like I have control over my backlinking game. Support is great, I have contacted them on a few occasions over googlechat, and even had them port into my desktop once as they spent an hour trying to locate the weirdest bizarre bug (IE8 would act crazy on my XP laptop - but just fine on my desktop). If it weren't for the toolkit and the ability to add your own sites this would not be worth the purchase. But since I can convert my entire backlink list to run on autopilot - it's a no brainer, especially with the warrior discount. Yeah there was a small learning curve for me in using the toolkit (and I'm still learning things), but it didn't take long to get the hang of it. The downside is that my backlinks aren't going to magically convert themselves so that I can use them in SickPM - it will take a lot of grueling hours to convert my ENTIRE list of backlinks... but I have a lot of sites so it will be worth it to me. |

No problem Patrick - The setup your referencing is for someone who wanted to register the account and let the account age then go back a few days later and add their link. You can do it that way or do steps 1 (Register), 2 (Verify Email), 3 (Submit Profile and Links) and 4 (Pinger) all at once. It's really up to you and what you want to do. Step 2 will verify the mail for you as long as you have your mail information in the User Manager Email tab correctly so no need to manually access your email and activate each individual account. Hope that helps! |

Hi, You might have already answered these questions, but I don't want to read through 5 pages now. - How many anchor texts/urls gets submitted at each profile site? - Do you have a feature in there that helps with indexing these profile links (ie. RSS feeds) other than just pinging them? Thanks! |

Right now Pinging is the only option. We have a basic link wheel option being implemented at the end of this month (being Beta'd now) and we hope to start working on automatically creating RSS feeds for profile URLs in the following update.

I couldn't login to sites done with above 2 steps. I accessed my AOL mail and found that some sites required to activate accounts and these emails were still in bold (similar to emails unread). Even for some sites that do not need activation, it showed wrong username and/or passwords were incorrect. I just wanted to make sure all steps are done automatically with SPM. Can you confirm? Thanks, Patrick

Hi, another question. Is the SPM suppose to automatically activate email links like below - "Your account is currently inactive. You cannot use it until you visit the following link: http://degfdtthtrhthrikaforum.forumcity.com/profile.php?mode=activate&u=1458&act_key=4dhj85" Patrick |

Sounds like your mail is not connecting correctly which is notorious for AOL connections. Did you verify that you have everything set up in the User Manager correctly by pressing the "Test" button in the email tab to see if it can make a connection? If that test fails try this: change Port to 110 and then turn SSL to Off. Then test again. We have seen multiple ports and SSL options work or not work for AOL users. The way we connect to mail even if the link has been clicked it will still show unread in your mail since we download the mail to the program and then click the link. So you can't use that as a way to tell if the Profile Maker has clicked a link. If those still won't let you connect it would be best to submit the issue over at the support area and see if they can walk you through it. Support Area |

You can add your own sites and blogs but it does currently take a little more than just pasting a URL. So you would need to learn the Sick code like in the image below which looks daunting but is actually very easy. Note: This image shows the Wizard which does allow you to just copy your URL and press add to automate it as long as the site is one of those that we have already opened up such as PHPBB and VBulletin (Currently 4 platforms are opened) . This is not available until the April release and is currently in Beta to some users. They say an image is worth a 1000 words so here is what the Toolkit looks like: ![]() Toolkit help can be found here: Toolkit Support |

We try to update them a couple of times a month. However, if a particular site is giving you issues or you don't want to use it anymore, you can fix it or delete it on your own using the included ToolKit. No need to wait for us. You can use Decaptcha or BypassCaptcha for Captchas or you can do them by hand. Please be sure to try the Free Trial. |

Hey Sick, How is the wizard going? Still have the intention of adding our own expression engine, phpbb and SMF sites with ease? Any other platforms? I assume a bulk upload will be possible? Also, if we add our own sites, will the software automatically be able to detect/move to the register page? For instance I may harvest lots of expression engine sites, however it may be on the root domain level... But if your system requires the exact registration address, then that is a lot of hassle. ETA on wizard release? |

Shooting for April 1 - In final beta now. It does have bulk upload and all you need is the homepage. There is an image above that shows the Wizard in Beta. |

I've got a question around adding your own sites when the wizard is out. Say I have a list of 1000 expression engine sites. I assume I will need the actual registration pages to load up into sick marketing? With SMF forums, I note that there are a couple of ways to get to the registration form, for instance take a look at these:- SMF User Help: Registering and then The Chronicle of Higher Education Now I assume that the software will be able to work on either of the above pages? You would have an instant customer in me when the wizard is out, if your system can process the first type of URL. Thanks |

If you have 1000 Expression Engine sites then you would save the Home Pages to a .txt file select Expression Engine from the Drop Down then click Bulk Upload add the .txt you made earlier and the Wizard will figure everything else out.

We based the Wizard off the default install for each platform so it would be the homepage even for SMF forums. You can make your own templates and make the Wizard work for different Platforms or Registration pages even if we don't have them in the default Wizard. |

This sounds almost too good to be true. So I could literally harvest lots of SMF forums and just post the homepage of all forums in the wizard... Then when going through with sick marketing, the programme will automatically navigate to the registration pages? As to other platforms, we can add other platforms at home page level, then we basically tell the wizard/software where to navigate and again the system will then pick this up and navigate to the registration page each time? Is my understanding correct? I cant wait for the wizard. As long as SMF is fully supported, then I am in. |

Well I dont really care about adding my own sites, there are enough SMF forums floating around to keep me interested and if you have built in SMF capability, then all is fine. OK, last question I promise... I assume that if SMF forums were to make a coding change, your programmers would take care of it and be able to make the change at like a 'top' level? Obviously if I add 5k SMF sites, then SMF makes a change, I dont want to be manually tinkering with each site. |

We wouldn't be able to fix your already built script since it is saved on your computer and we do not have access to it. However, when something like that does happen we will update the template and you would just need to do another bulk upload of your list and it would be fixed. |

April is here, and so is our new Tool Kit Wizard. Last month we introduced our Sick Tool Kit, which allows you to add your own sites and packets, or modify any current sites. While many of you enjoyed this we had a number of users who were a little over whelmed with all of the coding, and variables. We promised a solution and here it is, we call it the Wizard. Using the Wizard and creating new packets couldn't be easier. You select the platform of your packet, currently we supply you with the options of Expression Engine, PHPBB 2, SMF Forum, and VBulletin 4. We will of course continue to update, and add platforms based on user requests. You the user also have the ability to take a look at the template for each platform, and design your own to fit the platform you require. After selecting your platform of choice, you can enter a single URL, or upload a text file with 1 URL per line, and the Wizard will output the code needed. The supplied templates in the Wizard should be used with forums installed with default settings, however site templates can be modified to suit your needs. Download the latest update (including the all new Wizard) here http://sickmarketing.com/trial-download/ We have also been busy behind the scenes creating many new features and bug fixes all listed below. Profile Maker Updates: Title of captcha windows are now dynamic Progress Bar Fixed Fixed Global Mail Popup Bug When captcha on Manual Cursor focuses on captcha imput Added a new command to toolkit "ClickImage()" Automatic Pop Up Closer added Basic Link Wheel (Links to last created profile and a link from URL Manager) Re-added column sorting Warning when no steps are selected Warning when no site is selected Warning when spiner syntax is wrong Warning when No Action is Selected Fixed random links in advanced for $htmllink and $bblink It is now possible to insert commas in input boxes Hit enter in the captcha window will accept captcha Fixed bug in bypass serial Fixed Bug in decaptcher Added Global Settings Added Global captcha - PM defaults to global captcha settings Global settings now allows users to choose there wait time for email Global settings now allows users to choose if the Test Email box pops up Global settings now allows users to choose their own Skip and Stop Keys Global settings now allows users to choose their preferred font and font size Fixed Logout not logging out Add multiple keywords in url manager if you use advanced url Improved Stop Progress Profile Maker Settings saved on exit (LinkWheel,Invisible Mode,Captcha) Miscellaneous bugs corrected Tool Kit Updates: Toolkit Wizard added with 4 platforms Variables are now allowed in toolkit Fixed Bug in saveimage() Added "IF" Added "GOTO" Added "Exit() Miscellaneous bugs corrected User Manager Updates: Added Custom Fields in User Manager Auto user birth date is now set to the next day. Hi Sick I have taken the trial and have bought from you and paid you via paypal. However unfortunately, you use Plimus and for some reason they have a real problem with me. I supply all the info they require, but they constantly refund the payment citing wrong telephone number. Which I can tell you is B.S. So if you can give me a paypal address I will set the payments up directly with you, if you are OK with that. I cannot PM you with this on warrior, so please get back to me on the forum or at davenportbrad(at) ymail (dot)com |

Tried the trial version... pretty fast. For some reason, my posts came out as line one:url then line 2...hobbies - anchor text (not clickable). Couldn't create clickable anchor and, with the 5 links supplied, did not have the ability to re-test. With that being said, a couple of pointers - PROXIES... this software could do with a bulk upload of proxies or something to that effect. Also, not sure what the success and accuracy rate is, perhaps a slider/delay timer to ensure the app does not blast so many in a given time frame. Many thanks |

You can retest by making another profile in User Manager Proxies run through IE so any proxy you have in IE is your proxy with Profile Maker. So in essence proxies are already available. You control the speed of everything. Select when you want to register, verify emails and submit your links. Documentation can be found here if you haven't read it along with a FAQ both those may help you increase your success rate. If you still run into problems please let us know in the Support Area |
