Great work Carl. Carl has kindly shared his research with me while developing this WSO and the results are excellent.

Carl is not only super switched-on when it comes to all of the technical stuff behind the fast indexing of backlinks, he's also a really decent guy and very helpful.

This WSO is definitely a great way to seriously empower your linkbuilding efforts and get a LOT more 'bang for your buck' out of your backlinks.

Hi Carl,

Looks great! How many links do you recommend per RSS feed (Ice Rocket)? Can you do as much as 50? Is there anyway you can automate this step as well, e.g. you upload an Excel sheet with the 50 links in it, ice rocket makes the combined RSS feed and then ping.fm etc

Sounds like a great script, will wait to hear from you!

Hi, Chucky - thanks for the kind words. I'd say 50 per feed would be a good number - you can use multiple feeds in the configuration of the script with the $randomlinks feature. As far as automating the creation of the feeds, I use the excellent program by Stephen Hawkins, SEO Link Dominator. It's a great companion for my WSO.

Carl,

I'm a fan of automation, big user of it, and so I bought your product.

Now, I have an ingenius plan to tie it in with another similar product, and rock the world.

Thanks bud!

Hi there,
This looks really interesting, just wondering is it the same type of system as backlink booster?

I'm sorry to say I'm not up on Backlink Booster -

UPDATE: I did a bit of research on Backlink Booster - there are simlarities, but the 'way' the feeds are used are a bit different with my approach.

Thanks for the question!

Hello, Yes you can use Icerocket or Pipes for the 'links feed' - but the 'content feed' will need to be an original feed from an article or blog site.

Thanks!

Hi,

I get the basic idea of what's going on here, but some details are eluding
me. Probably because I have a very basic understanding of RSS and
am only beginning to discover it's many uses.

You said:

******************

"Here is how it works: You create an RSS feed of your backlink urls - then Backlink Index Express mixes your links from this feed into blog posts that are automatically fed to 8 popular blog sites via another fantastic web site - Ping.fm. Backlink Index Express uses the Ping.fm api to do the grunt work for you - automatically.

Every hour, the system posts to the Web 2.0 blog sites - and each post contains a link to one of your backlink pages on a forum or community site! But that is not all - the script also collects the RSS feed from EACH of the 8 blogs and automatically PINGS the search engines after each post is made!"

******************

So, say I have an autoblog that posts once per day, I decide to create backlinks at 50
various page rank sites and come up with 50 backlink URL's.

Now Backlink Index Express takes those 50 URL's and combines them into a feed and
mixes them into blog posts that are fed to 8 different blog sites via PingFM, OK so far.

Now, stupid question.

1.)What posts are Pingfm posting to the 8 blog sites that it is mixing your RSS feed URL's with.
Where do they come from? Is it just posting links to a blog
page? Or is there an included autoposter that posts content with the links?
Or do I need to have my own autoposter and supply posts that Pingfm
will then mix my URL's with?

2.) Is hourly posting and pinging a wise thing to do? I always thought
pinging should be limited so you wouldn't be seen as "spamming" the
search engines.

And again where are all those hourly posts coming from?
Wouldn't 24 posts and pings seem excessive and obvious that it was
automated and not being done by a real human. Wouldn't they be seen
as Spam Blogs?

3.) If you have 30,40 or 50 URL's which are being posted on an hourly basis
how are they chosen and apportioned to each blog? Are they cycled 1-50
then start over or are they randomly chosen?

4.) Can the hourly thing be changed to daily, 3 times daily or randomized
somehow?

It sounds like a very powerful system, and a simple concept overall. Do you
provide support in getting this set up for those who are a little less
technical and / or new to this subject area?

Thanks,

Jason

Thanks for the GREAT questions! Here you go:

1. Your content can come from any RSS feed that has summary content - i.e. Your Ezine Articles Author Feed, or your blog's feed.

2. If you use the script as recommended - you will only be posting ONE of your 50 backlinks to ONE of the 8 blogs every hour - a reasonable rate of spread. AND - if you use the feed randomization feature, you'll spread your link posting rate out even more. You can randomize multiple content feeds - and link feed simultaneously with this system - so you can look as 'natural' as you like.

3. All the links and posts are chosen at random - however - the system keeps track of the posts it makes from the content feeds and does not duplicate.

4. Since the system depends on 2 cron jobs - you can schedule them any time you wish. Slow them down, speed them up - your choice. Just remember the saying about too much of a good thing!

I have a support desk where I provide support for all my customers - I will help you.

Support Desk

Thanks again, Jason!

Hi Carl,

This looks exactly like something I'm after. I'm presently using Backlink Booster so I already have an RSS feed with all of my profile URL's that I regularly update so I could just plug that in with your script and everything would be fine?

Also, you said the content of each post comes from whatever RSS feed I choose. So I can simply add one of the big news sites RSS feed?

And finally, can you please elaborate more on what PingFeedr does, exactly?

It looks like a great WSO and I'll most likely get a copy later tonight.

Cheers.

Hi Pat -

Yup - your BB feed would be a perfect link feed for Backlink Index Express. Then your links would post to the blog network you set up.

One other idea: You could set up a SECOND Backlink Index Express script - and use the FIRST set of Web 2.0 blog feeds as your link feeds - and feed THOSE links into a SECOND set of Web 2.0 blogs - to create a cascade effect, ala Link Juicer.

As far as content - any feed with summary data - like a EZA feed will work for content.

PingFeedr is my little old Gray Hat script that works like this:

Take a popular keyword with spam blogs - like mortgages - and do a Google blog search for the latest results - merge those with YOUR links into an RSS feed and ping regularly. Splogs will pick up the feed and link to you. One fun thing is to burn in Feedburner and ping that feed instead - here's one I started Jan 26:

It's not the powerhouse technique it used to be, not sure why but it does give you some links - and it's really a 15 minute setup deal.

Thanks for the reply!

Carl

Ok, sounds good.

Just purchased both.

RSS is something I've never been able to completely wrap my head around so I'm hoping there is some good videos/instructions.

Thanks for the buy!

There is an hour of video - almost too much, really. But this was my first WSO, so I wanted to be sure it was complete.

BTW: A BIG thanks and shout out to Terry Kyle for his encouragement on this WSO. I really owe the success of this WSO to him.

Yeah it was actually Terry's post that brought me to this thread. I don't come in this section unless I see something recommended.

Avast is telling me there is a trojan horse in the download link. I submitted a ticket but wasn't sure if I should let you know here, too.

Yes, I've reported that issue to Avast - I'm not sure why it's doing that. I have scanned all the files with McAfee Enterprise 8 with the latest DAT files and they are clean.

Hi Carl

This sounds great for someone like myself that still does back linking manual.

As Google frowns upon automatic software will you get slapped if found as I am sure some sort of footprint must get left.

Unless you are telling me there's not one left.

Remember everyone - this is a strategy for backlinking BACKLINKS - not your money site. It is designed to get your forum profile pages containing your money site backlink indexed quickly. You will have 8 ip's linking to hundreds of different IP's (your forum profile pages), not an unnatural thing at all.

Ah, I was wondering where the videos were. I didn't receive a password.

I received an email that said, "If your product contains training videos, you will get a separate email with instructions." but I didn't receive that email.

In my case study in the videos, I got 10 indexed in 6 days. I'd say you could get them indexed in 2 weeks with this method fairly easily.

Maury had a good idea to test - you can manually post your blogs thru Ping.fm. Be sure to use the "Ping My" dropdown box and select Blogs.

The script does this automatically for you.

Ugh. My Blogger blog has one post and it's already been flagged as spam.

I'm reluctant to submit a request to get it reinstated as I don't really want Google staff members looking at my profiles with links to my money sites in them.

What do you do in this situation, Carl?

I thought I'd bring it up here rather than submit a ticket as others might have the same question.

I'd start a new Blogger blog under a new email.

Ok - Blogger is getting pretty good at detecting blogs: first 2 questions:

1. How many 'different' links are you posting? How often?

2. What are you using for a content feed?

It got flagged for spam with one post on it, so it wasn't a case of posting too often.

I'm using a mixture of the Ezine Articles RSS feeds that you have left as well as about 15 Ezine Articles category feeds.

If it got flagged for one post - wow, don't know what to think about that one. I'd just try setting up another account.

Yeah it was pretty strange.

I'll set up another account and if it happens again I'll just leave out Blogger and add in Live Journal or something.

Thanks.

Just curious, did you remove the bar above the blog that allows a visitor to flag your blog?

No, I didn't. I didn't know you could even do that?

Anyway, I doubt it was flagged by a visitor as it had only been up for about 20 minutes.

This is for backlinking backlinks right?

I'm using Angela's PDF backlinkings packet. Now, basically this helps create more backlinks to profile URL like
"http://www.domain/user/?myprofileid" -- something like that, right? I'm using those profile backlinking sites -- and sometimes it takes like even weeks to see some backlinks.

So, your system will help them get indexed faster?

That is it exactly. You want faster indexing - by putting these links on blogs that the search engines love, your links will get picked up much faster. Take your list of backlink url's - plug them into this system and you are good to go. It takes about 1 hour to get everything set up - and only seconds to keep it going.

Ok, how is this different from using RSSBot and SocialBot -- couldn't both achieve something similar?

The Bot software does the submitting - to RSS and Bookmark sites. My script sends you links out as blog posts, to be picked up and indexed. If you wanted to post all of your links on the Web 2.0 blogs yourself, and then submit with RSS bot, you could.

The advantage here is the automation - everything happens on the web server, so you don't have to do much to keep it going after setup.

Thanks for the comment!

Thanks.

Now, my simple method is to create a blogger account just for my backlinks. Each time, I create backlinks, I submit it as a blog entry. Prior to that, I would submit my RSS feed to RSS bot.

Would that be effective?

I am planning to buy your software and wondering if the backlinks could also be anchor text -- as I'm trying to rank for certain keywords or would the backlinks blog post just be the full URL links only?

Not a bad method - although you'll get automation and better blog coverage with BIE.

I don't do anchor text in BIE - my technique is for backlinking your backlinks - not for SEO linking to your money sites. Using anchor text to rank for a phrase that points to a forum page that is unrelated to your niche is not really needed. BIE's purpose is to get your forum profile backlink pages indexed - quickly.

Thanks for the response!

Do you think your software can help with Youtube ranking in Google? I know that if a youtube video has certain title, it can rank pretty high. However, that youtube video must have some backlinks to it.

I would buy a packet of backlinks from one of the many fine Warriors on this board (I use Terry Kyle's fine product) - and then use my product to 'backlink your backlinks' to get them indexed quickly.

Carl - LiveJournal has been removed from ping.fm, do you have any other suggestions or do we just go with 7 blogs for now?

Also I didn't get a link to the training videos.
Thanks

Yes, you'll have to go with 7 for now - I'll bet Ping.fm will add more blogs, and I will update the script accordingly.

I'll send your link to the video - sorry you did not get it.
