Jaime, I just reread your WSO again and answered one of my own questions...the $3000 to $20,000 is PER month that you charge the client, so the 5% monthly we would get is from that.

My concern / question though, now that I re-read that, is that $3000+ PER month seems a bit high for many small businesses....especially in the current economy... I'm just thinking of several small local businesses in my neighborhood...and wondering if they would be willing to pay that much every month.... For slightly larger businesses that would probably not be an issue... Would love to hear your thoughts on this and a bit more on how you suggest finding leads... Thanks!

Whew! Ok lots of questions. Let's see if I can get to them all...

Baal - you asked if this would be useful even if you have TCC.

YES. It enhances TCC and there's no overlap. It's all unique content. Automated Offline Riches allows you to market our services and use our brand, materials, portfolio, etc.. That was the one thing TCC did not provide.

Can this be used in the UK - ABSOLUTELY! Our clients are world-wide. You are more than welcome to land UK clients, as well as clients from any other country. As long as you or the client speak English so that the Certified Consultant we place on a project can communicate effectively with the client or yourself, there is no limit to what country or continent you market to.

Alright, as far as our service packages:

Our fees are monthly and explained in depth in the Automated Offline Riches package. In a nutshell, the setup fee may be, say $3200, and the monthly fee will be $3000. You will receive 20% of the upfront fee (3200) and 5% of the recurring (3000).

Yes, some small businesses cannot afford even our Silver (least expensive) package.

That is why we provide a Starter Package option that you can provide a prospect personally so that you can still offer affordable marketing to small businesses with minimal budgets.

You mention doing a 5 hour analysis....is that after you have a potential client who is interested? Or do you do that first and then contact the client...?

The biggest dilemma I think for many, is finding the businesses... Many people who market offline products talk about what a "hungry" market it is and how "easy" it is to find clients. One of my former private practice colleagues told me just the other day he'd gotten three calls just in the last week offering internet marketing services....so there is a lot of competition out there. On the one hand, that makes this approach that you are offering here very appealing, but my question is, does your lead generation wizard far exceed "personal" contacts? I would think most of us don't have a rolodex full of business owners we know personally.... Thanks again for your answers!

1. You don't have to meet with clients in person. If they're local I often will, but I've closed deals with clients in other countries and states purely by phone and email.

2. The competitive analysis won't take five hours. Only about 30 minutes and is done once you make your first call/meet with a prospect and they agree to receive it. The entire sales process (except for very large deals of $20k per month or more) will only take about 5 hours total to land over a week or two. That includes the analysis, phone calls, the proposal, etc.

3. You don't have to have a relationship with a business to do this. Rather you can approach any local mom and pop shops, local restaurants, etc. Also anyone you've hired - your gardener, masseuse, accountant, etc. Our wizard goes beyond immediate contacts, and also we refer you to great lists you can purchase now or later if you like. If you're a top performer, we'll supply you with a list.

Lastly, I recommend hitting your local chamber of commerce and associations in certain verticals (such as real estate agents, doctors, plastic surgeons, etc.).

It depends on which approach you want to take. If you simply approach local businesses and those you have a relationship with, it won't cost you any money and I would realistically budget 10-15 hours per week to your efforts to land at least 2 projects per month.

You can land far more projects than that with that amount of time invested, however in the beginning as you get a feel for what to say and how to approach prospects there'll be a bit of a learning curve.

Your other option is to purchase a list to call or to use some IM techniques to get interested prospects.

Lastly, if you wanted to put this largely on auto-pilot, and you have some money to invest in landing projects, I would recommend using an appointment setting service or even an outsourced sales team. They can either prospect for you, find interested parties, and make appointments with them to speak with you about marketing services (or our free competitive analysis) or...

They can handle the sale from start to finish and all you had to do was hire them and give them our materials.

We reference the sales teams we recommend working with (or know of) in the package. That will run you anywhere from $1600 per month to $4000 per month to have a sales team do all the work for you (and then you just sit back and take residual commissions on each project landed!).
