Hi,

I've been told that its really difficult to transfer a self-hosted Wordpress site to another host (like after you sell it) compared to how easy it is to transfer an html site. Is that true, and if so, does your book tell me how to do that with clear simple step-by-step NON-techie instructions?

I flip more of wordpress websites but both minisite and wordpress sites are the same, it is only the platform that is different.

Makes no sense for me to lie to you, so I will be straight forward. See, I have flipped a couple of sites but I have not mastered the act of transferring the files.

Luckily for me, all my buyers are comfortable with transferring the files by themselves. However, I will be sending everyone a guide ( not written by me ) on how to transfer a wordpress site to another person or web host - This will be done by Monday.

I have not sent it to everyone mainly because I have been having some challenges with the person to write it.

Yommys - I truly believe Warriors build their reputation in this forum through the posts they make and the lengths they're willing to go to help others. Your threads and advice have always been helpful.

I've been interested in site flipping for awhile and I browse Flippa regularly just to get an idea of the potential but I haven't yet taken the actual step. Mostly I've given myself the excuse that I'll have more time when my current job ends - but secretly it's because I'm a bit timid about taking that first step.

I read your ebook and not only do I feel completely confident that I could do this, you laid out step by step instructions. In fact, I think you should show your table of contents in this WSO. I expected just the basics on how to list and sell a site but you gave way more than that in this book with easy to follow instructions, pictures and even a checklist. And you start the reader off completely from scratch - not jumping in the middle with how to sell a site but how to actually go from nothing to listing and selling a site. That's what makes this valuable, in my opinion.

I'm an avid reader. My post count considering my join date is fairly low. I'm an introvert and a thinker. I learn by reading, seeing, following threads. I thought I had understood all I needed on articles, niche research, and keywords but I learned a few new things from your guide.

The other thing I'm always looking for in every ebook I read is ideas on how I would create my own when I'm ready. I look for what was most helpful, layout, how the person relayed the information that made it most possible to follow, etc. Your ebook was a great example of how to really make information actionable. Nicely done.

You answered a lot of questions I had, such as what minimum price to accept and where exactly to sell the sites. Whilst I wouldn't expect to make a full time income from this, I'm building my first site now with plans to add this method as another stream of income. Excellent product.

I use flippa for show case ( just so to have evidence when spetical people ask ). I sell my things private. I list on flippa when people on my list are not interested or when I want it done just so to have some evidence.

You will definitely learn something even as an advance marketer. However, if you have been flipping sites for more than $200 before, then it is not for you.

First, why should I give you a refund? I did start that the guide is for newbies didn't I?

That will make you more sales and increase your incredibility. So, the buyer will buy your next WSO again.
