For the sites, do you use premade Wordpress themes, create them yourself, or outsource the design?

I have no web design skills, so it would eat at my profits if I had to outsource the work...

I use premade wordpress themes. All you need to do is learn how to customize these themes. Some of these themes come with great tutorials that teaches you how to customize them.

I am not sure why that is happening. I changed my paypal account and ever since it has not been going in automatically.

Yommy, if everything was working fine before you changed paypal email addresses, then it's probably just a simple setting that needs to be updated in paypal.

Here's a couple of links I found on e-junkie's site that might help:

Payments in my PayPal account are pending. I have to manually approve the payments I am getting in my PayPal account.

PayPal notified me of a payment, but E-junkie did not process the order.

I will let you know, I do have some experience in niche research and I also can do seo. I have used Traffic Geyser, and also Tubemogul. I have got good results with Tubemogul although they do tend to take a little longer. I have done a little articel marketing before and have bought and sold a few sites, but I am interested in what you have to say about site flipping. I would preimarily use Market Samurai for niche research

Anyway I will get back to you once I have had my first read through of your book

Ok, so I purchased this guide earlier to day, and I am impressed with it. I do feel that there is information here that will benefit both a new person and also the person with more experience. There is great information here, but you will need to work at it to make it work. Very often people buy information and then leave it on their hard drive. I have no doubt that those who take this information and apply it, can and will make money flipping sites.

I could go on and on here, but I do not want to give too much away. Get yourself a copy and take action, I feel that you will be glad you did

Just wanted to post a quick review:

This product is very good.

Yommys01 shows a solid and very workable strategy to flip websites for several hundred bucks a pop.

Definitely worth a look if you have some basic IM skills and haven't made any money online yet.
