I was fortunate enough to get a review copy of Yommys's site flipping book. I expected more of the rehashed information I saw in other site flipping books, but I was wrong. Yommys's site flipping book was a slightly new approach to site flipping, but it was slight enough to set itself apart from the others. While I personally didn't learn much new, this was as close as you can get to a TRUE step-by-step, take you by the hand approach (and if you read my blog here, you know that I detest things that claim to be step-by-step, a blueprint, or take you by the hand). Yommys lays it all on the line for you, though in some parts I thought he could've been a bit more thorough.

This will require a lot of elbow grease, so for anyone who is looking for that elusive automated/autopilot income system will have to keep looking (and they'll be searching for life, more on that in my blog here). But if you're willing to work, work, WORK (and stop searching for and buying into that crap on "$1000 a day for working 2 hours per day"), this can work for you.

However, there is no perfect ebook or site in the world, and this one definitely has a con. I would've liked to read and know more about how to write one of the main aspects he talks about (I can't say much without giving some of the method away). I felt that it was extremely important and can leave a few newbies in the dark. However, this can be outsourced for dirt cheap to someone who knows what they're doing.

I have a site that someone ( the person in question has bought sites worth over 7k from me ) wants to buy for $1299 but I am not selling it cos I believe it is worth more.

Hi Dave, Most of my sites private sales. I gave site flipping a break for some time when sitepoint turned to flippa and then I was moving from one country to another. However, Even when I decided to sell on flippa the same guy was buying it. I personally am not comfortable with the 5%.

Once we buy, and we feel lost or stuck, can we come to you for questions, etc. Because I've had some wsos that need more info especially for newbies. I also have a couple of wordpress sites I wouldn't mind selling so I think this could be the product for me.

The work is writing the articles. I it is very basic things that even a start will have no problem with.

If you are writing the articles by yourself then you will only need the money for the domain name and listing fee of $19 which is optional.

Yes I use flippa. The ebook teaches how to flip slightly established sites.

It is a little different from all other start up site flipping ebook you have read. It takes you how to use articles to generate some traffic and ultimately sales to your site and then sell it for cash.

I received a review copy of this guide, and since I make quite a bit of my online income from flipping, I'm always skeptical when someone comes up with an ebook that says it's a complete how-to guide. So I sort of raised one eyebrow, and said, hmmm, let's peek inside this.

And I have to say - what a gem this guide is! If you haven't flipped a site before, you'll know just what to do after you follow these steps. And you won't be flipping a $79 site, either - you'll make much more than that. I flip sites all the time, and even I learned something!

Well, in a nutshell, site flipping is a lot like real estate. You take a home (in this case a website), and you either sell it right away or you build on it for like a month then sell it.
