This will definitely work for one website. You can submit 1 URL and 1 keyword only if you like. I usually use it this way!

For me, this has worked extremely well. I was making $0 with my internet business until I started using this strategy and now I have several page1 rankings (and these are aff pages in competitive niches) that make consistent sales on a weekly basis.

I also have a friend in a pretty competitive niche who's writing up a testimonial right now...when he was using my services I got 2 of his webpages onto page 1 for 1 keyword with over 3million comp. and it's a very profitable niche (and 1 page that I put up just to link back to his sites)!!! This happened in less than a month....

But of course I have to say results will vary because it totally depends on your niche, competition, etc. I have some sites that have taken 3 months to get to page 1 (but are making me $$ every week now) and some sites that have taken less that a week to get on page 1!!

Definitely though, this is one of the best (if not the best) LONG-TERM, "STICKY" backlinking/seo strategy IMHO for promoting your sites in the Search Engine Ranks. We offer a whole strategy here...We submit to HighPR Sites (create descriptions for non-spaminess), we post content to blogs with backlinks to your sites, as well as to social bookmarking sites. Then, we create backlinks to your backlinks by turning them into rss feeds, mashing them, and blasting them to the top rss aggs on the net. There is an entire linking strategy behind this, so you aren't just relying on your "High PR page profiles" as backlinks...

For the long term this is creating a powerful linking web. So your getting 300 backlinks and then getting backlinks to those backlinks (which are called 2 and 3-way backlinks, so in reality it's more than 300 backlinks). And I'll repeat it one more time the links are strategically woven into a web/linkwheel of sorts. Note it is all from authority sites and the "power" & "authority" filters down through all the links.

Also, you will technically own the blog pages and their respective rss feeds (access email and password sent to you), as well as the bookmarking sites so that you can change, modify the content anytime and you don't have to worry about a forum moderator taking down your profile like you would if you were ONLY relying on High PR profiles.
