Hi Teresa, For previous purchasers, is there any need to opt in with you for any future updates, or do you already have that information from Tony? Thanks, Jason |

Rob and Impact... I have sent PMs. If there are other previous buyers out there, all you really have to do is go back to your download page from before. (It is at the same url.) I have added a link to the opt-in at the top of your download page. Also, if anyone has specific suggestions or requests for updates to the material, feel free to PM me or email me at support@bookflips.com Thanks everyone for your interest! Teresa |

I purchased this Program earlier and found it to be a very good Program. I would encourage others that are looking at this to purchase this one. I would definitely state that that this is not an area that would see any form of saturation any time soon. Once you purchase this, I think you would see why that would be true. You might ask whether or not I have made any money at this. I have not. But not due to the WSO Course itself but rather because I have not implemented it. It is one of those Courses that when you have completed it you have one of those "ah-ha" moments where you realize it is so do-able and realistic in its potential for success. The real next move is just doing everything that needs to be done and it will be successful (my issue is that since the short time ago that I purchased this WSO I have been swamped with a separate issue apart from this that I need to finalize). My true objective is to begin implementing this Course's action plan as soon as possible. Once again, this is a WSO that once you put it into motion it will pay off in my honest opinion. ![]() Sincerely, Wes ~ |

hi teresa, was just wondering how much more money needs to be set aside besides the cost of the book? secondly, how long does it take to flip and sell a website? could it all be done in a day?

Hi Wwesley. In additions to book costs, you will need to pay to register a domain and also to host the domain (unless you already have hosting.) The listing fee on flippa is $19 (minimum - you can pay additional fees to make your auction stand out more.) There is also a 5% success fee at the end of the auction that you, as seller would determine if that is to be paid by the buyer, the seller, or split between the two. I would think that it would be very difficult to complete everything in a day, although not impossible I guess. (I assume that you are talking about listing and selling the site, after you already have the book and site created?) If you set a buy-it-now price that appeals to a buyer, then you could conceivably list and sell it in the same day. Thanks for your interest, Teresa |

hi thanks for the response, what i was trying to say was, getting the site up with the book created and getting it listed. could that be done in a day? i wouldn't count on it being sold on the same day itself. it would be great if that actually happens. lol. do you offer support as well?

Yes, I am here to offer support. There is also a support email at support@bookflips.com. The process of getting the book listed on Amazon can't happen in a day. Without going into too much detail here, you will need to wait on a physical proof copy to be mailed to you for approval, and then when you approve, it takes arount 3-10 days to have it live on Amazon. Thanks! Teresa |

Hi, Mike. I am going to reply to your questions here because others may have similar ones. Quote:
2. Additional investments: You will need a domain name ($8-$10) and hosting for the site, you will need to pay for a proof of your book (only a few dollars) and it costs $19 to list a site on flippa. The only other up-front costs would be if you decided to outsource any of the work. 3. Additional knowledge needed: You would need to be able to put up a simple website. This course is about a book and site flipping system, and is not a site building course. However, I am putting some additional information together to send out to buyers, and a simple site creation guide is probably going to be one of those bonuses. 4. VERY newbie friendly. 5. I absolutely offer support. You can reach me by skype, email, or you can pm me here. 6. Book Flips has a 60 day money back guarantee. I hope I have answered all of your questions. If anyone has other questions, please ask. Thanks, Teresa | |

I've been toying with tackling both elements of this WSO - physical books on Amazon and site-flipping - for about three months now. Since it covers both, it was pretty much a no-brainer to pick it up, and I've now been completely through it. Here are my thoughts. I tend to be longwinded, so if you just want to know my final verdict, go ahead and scroll down to the end. Once purchased, the system is delivered in a series of nine ZIP files, and each of the archives is handily tagged with a number indicating what step it is. But when you unzip them, the folders containing the actual files don't have these numbers, and they end up in alphabetical order... which works out to 4, 8, 3, 5, (docs), 1, 7, 6, 2. It would be awfully nice if those folders had numbers to put them in the right order. (It would also have been nice to download them in a single file, but there are a lot of reasons a vendor might not want to do it that way.) When looking at the templates for both the book and the ad, I find them terribly basic (the table of contents isn't even an actual table of contents field; it's manually typed, and no explanation is given for this), but they might very well be that little extra push someone needs. I know I always felt like making a book template was going to be somehow "hard" until I made one myself. (It was a great deal harder laying out progress reports at my day job.) Doesn't matter anyway, since I have plenty of alternative templates and ad formats. The videos are a little long-winded and rambling. It seems like they could have been a lot shorter, but the "baby steps" style of the videos probably makes life a lot easier for those who view writing a book and/or flipping a site with some trepidation. In any case, a helpful guide has been provided in PDF format, which makes for a pretty quick read - maybe fifteen to twenty minutes. But as you probably figured, there's a lot missing from the guide. It will fill in the big gaps, but you'll still have some questions about it. And, like you'd expect, those questions are answered in the videos. By way of example, the guide doesn't cover how to price your book, and you won't hear word one on this subject until about the 9:20 mark of video 5 (a little over half an hour through the videos). When you watch all the videos, which add up to about 47 minutes, you may find - as I did - that Tony's manner is more than a little annoying. It's like standing over your manager's shoulder while he shows you how to do something simple... but he has that need to show off that he knows a bunch of other things on the way there. You just want to go "yes, yes, I know, let's move on because I want to know about THIS"... but you can't, because it's your manager, and acting impressed when he does basic things is the equivalent of laughing at his jokes. That's kind of how the videos feel. But I digress; the information in the videos is the important part. As I said, the videos could have been a lot shorter, and contained the same amount of information. But what's important here is that each of these videos is a pretty nicely self-contained step that stands on its own. And while there's definitely missing information in the PDF guide, there's little if any in the videos... I certainly haven't been left with any questions. The real beauty of this course is that it truly goes from beginning to end, front to back, starting at having nothing and ending with cash in your PayPal account. Even if you aren't interested in selling books on Amazon, the individual steps stand well on their own - from writing the initial ebook, to getting it on Amazon, to building the site where you sell it, to the actual site-flipping process. Soup to nuts, it's all here. And by my calculations, the whole process can be done - from "I'm going to do this" to having the cash - in less than two weeks, and for less than $50. I am hard-pressed to think of a better course for the newbie who wants to make his first money online, but just can't get excited enough about an $8 commission to do all the work that goes into an affiliate site. If you already write - even if it's just articles - you owe it to yourself to get this course and step up your game. I'm pretty jazzed about it. |

Hey, CDarklock, nice to see you here. Most of the points you make are things that I concur with wholeheartedly and am already working on. (More and better templates and a more detailed pdf to name only a couple of things.) There were a couple of things that I had not thought of that make sense (such as offering a choice between multiple small downloads or one larger one.) Also, it is funny that you mention the numbering thing. When I bought the course from Tony's original WSO I noticed that, and added numbers to my copy. I need to go in and do that to the files on my server too! I am glad that in the end you saw the value in the course. That is what I saw in it that made me want to own it. (That and I saw what I could do to make it better )Thanks for your very detailed review; that is exactly the sort of input that will help me to keep improving the course. Note to other buyers: If you have also felt that something was missing or could use improvement, by all means, let me know. It was not just sales copy when I said I intend to continue updating and improving this course. |

| I would like to make some clarifications here for my buyers, and potential buyers of this course. The templates and pdf version of this course are being rewritten as we speak. I have received some very detailed questions via PM and they will all be answered in the new version. I hope to have these things sent out this week, baring interruptions and complications. I am also looking into some really great bonuses to send out to my buyers in the coming weeks. Your patience will pay off; I have some pretty good things in the works. The videos will also be redone eventually, but that will take me longer because I will be looking into outsourcing that part. I can write but I don't video! ![]() Let me make this clear: the course is very good, and very workable as is. I just want to continue to make it as good as I can make it and I plan to be updating and tweaking this for awhile. At some point in the coming weeks, the price will be going up considerably. Anyone who buys this WSO will receive all of the updates from here on out. (Just be sure to sign up for the update list on the download page.) SUPPORT ISSUES: If you have questions or run into snags using this, please contact me and I will help all that I can. (If you have specific questions about the content of the course, please use PM, email, or Skype.) If you have a book you want me to take a look at, I don't mind doing so, within reason, but don't expect me to do a full edit unless you are prepared to pay me! ![]() Same with a website. I don't mind taking a look, although I am more of a writer than a site designer. I don't mind answering questions. I don't mind if you bounce ideas off me. I don't mind pointing you toward a research source. What I cannot and will not do is to do this thing for you. I won't tell you which niche to write in, I won't write a book for you, and I won't build a site for you. Sorry, but I just don't have the time to do this for someone else, even if you paid me. Sorry if that sounds harsh, and this is not intended toward anyone specifically. I have just had some private communication containing questions that go a bit beyond support. I hope I have answered some of the questions you have! Keep them coming, I look forward to the input. Teresa |

I just wanted to post my own review of this product since I have now had the chance to read the PDF and watch the videos. Plus, I submitted TWO books to be published yesterday alone! I have to say that this course is very informative and simple to understand. Teresa has been fabulous in her response time to me and very helpful when I had questions. I suggested some additions to the course material and she has quickly added those things to her "to do" list. I would say that if you are looking for a great Amazon course that will not only teach you about the book publishing part but also about how to turn that into a QUICK profit, then this is the right course for you. Plus, you get a very responsive course owner who is not afraid of constructive criticism and making appropriate changes and upgrades. Thanks, Teresa! C.C. |

Good Luck with the WSO, as I mentioned above I bought the original .... A suggestion I would make is to include some real time video tutorials showing creating a book and covers etc It may boost your sales as I had to buy someone elses WSO who saw the big gaps in this WSO and created a WSO specifically to show how to do it ....... This is a solid WSO all the same Thanks again |

Tommy and Ray, I sent you a pm about the updates list. I am working on a number of things. Unfortunately, the video portion of this course will be one of the later things to get updated. Mostly because I can write, and I can either create or get my hands on the templates I want to send you, but the videos are going to need to be outsourced. I am just not sure how to go about outsourcing something that needs to be a step by step demonstration. I am SO not a video person! I will figure it out though. I AM a figure it out person. ![]() Teresa |

Also, I would definitely LOVE a much more comprehensive PDF so I don't have to refer back to the videos all the time and can just keep it next to my computer as I create these books. Also, maybe I wasn't paying close enough attention because I was multi-tasking, but I found that the video went awfully quickly over the bit about how to set up the website. There was even something about getting the header designed etc., which would be an additional step or expense. Plus, as you already mentioned, there's that wait to get the site approved by Amazon and THEN about a week to run the auction. So by the time you actually get the money, it takes several weeks. You're making that clear now in this thread, but when I first bought this product, it appeared to have a MUCH faster turnaround time, and I felt a bit bummed out when I realized just how long it would take. Of course, in the long run, it'll work just fine. Just create them, one after the other, as you wait for them to get approved and then sell etc. In the meantime, the domain names, graphic design fees, amazon fees and Flippa fees can really add up though. Elisabeth, I haven't sent anything out yet. I meant to get some things out this week, but then life happened and I got taken out of my "zone" of getting things done. Look for something next week. The website information in the course is part of what I am fleshing out considerably. I am also looking around for couple of templates to give you. I will more than likely start with html templates, because it is so quick to put those up, but for anyone who is just adamant about using Wordpress, I will add that in also. The pdf upgrades will get sent sooner than the video, although I am discussing video options with one of the buyers, who may be able to help me with that. As always, thanks for the feedback. The more I know about what you all want, the better I am equipped to make that happen. Teresa |

This is a great WSO! I was one of the original purchasers. I thought it was good course already but looks like Teresa is going kick it up a notch! I just use Wordpress and one of the many free WP themes for my book websites so yea I can have it all done in a day but of course I need to wait for the book proof copy and for it to be listed on Amazon. But as you wait for that, you can work on the next book so that's not a problem. One of the best WSO's I've purchased. The idea is fresh and out-of-the-box in a world of same-same WSO's. A steal at $37. |

I just purchased it and must say, it's straight to the point. It combines two techniques that really can make you some nice money depending on how much effort you put in it. I think the numbers shown in the sales copy aren't unrealistic, as far as I can see, it depends on how good your products (website / book) are especially in terms of design. You somehow should put some effort in it to let it stand out. Nevertheless I think that it's absolutely doable, to produce two to three such combinations per day. I will put this into action immediately because you will have some delay until you receive your first earnings based on the approach you are following with this WSO. Nevertheless, after flipping 2 to 3 of these sites / books you will have enough money, to outsource the whole thing and somehow put it on 90% autopilot. This is really something were you can take action immediately. Thanks Tony and Teresa for (re)publishing this great offer. |

Hi Teresa, thanks for the confirmation ;-) Just one question: Do the prices usually increase with a good design automatically meaning that you still start with starting price mentioned in the WSO? |

There are too many factors involved for me to be able to give you any certainties with regard to income. A lot depends on the popularity of the topic, in addition to the website, the book, etc. But having said that, there is no reason why a first attempt couldn't bring those kind of prices. It has nothing to do with how long you have been doing it, but rather the quality and saleability of what you are offering. Thanks, Teresa |

Hi Teresa, I enjoyed going through the videos and PDF as I originally purchased from Tony... ...the one thing that I was wondering about was the simplicity of the the templates/pdfs. After all since I've been involved with the I.M. niche for years, I can't see putting out a purely text book that looks like x number of articles together. Is it acceptable to add in screenshots and pictures into the text as long as we maintain that 6x9" text size? I was thinking that maybe if I had small screenshots in the text with a direct link to a site to see the full picture maybe, but all text by itself just seems like it would be a "naked" book to me especially if its in a more focused "how to" "step 1, step 2" type of book. Your thoughts and experience or anyone else that has had some books published would be most appreciated! PS - Oh and I saw you mention about updating the templates and such. Were these available on the download page to go get now? Many Blessings, Jerold |

Hi Jerold, thanks for buying Book Flips. You can certainly add pictures to your books, but remember that the interior pages will be shown in black and white. (There is an option to do color pages, but since it reduces the profit margin considerably, most people decide against it.) Also, remember that this will be a physical book, so any links you use will only be "live" in the down-loadable version. You will need to use full urls (not anchor text) so that readers of the physical book will be able to type them in. As soon as I have the new templates, I will add them to the download page. Thanks, Teresa |

Ferry, I haven’t had feedback from anyone outside of those countries, so I can’t swear that there are no snags along the way. I don’t see any reason why the system wouldn’t work for you though. Teresa |

I see one and it was mentioned nowhere: If you don't have a credit card, you cannot use this system. I don't have one because in Europe you usually pay cash and not everything with CC. That makes me a little bit angry because I remember Tony's video where he interrupts the createspace process at a certain point. Better would be that he made a complete example because also the process of cover uploads etc. is explained pretty poor! Now, after I have paid several bucks for WSO, hosting etc. I have to bring this whole thing to a full stop because in some way I was thinking that Createspace would accept Paypal (like nearly everyone else in the Internet world) but they currently don't. Very very disappointing!!!!! If you don't have a CC, don't buy this WSO! |

Thank you inservo, for pointing that out to me. I will be sure to include in my updated book that they don't accept Paypal. They do accept debit cards and check cards though, not just credit cards. Here is the quote from the Createspace site: Quote:
Thank you, Teresa | |

Hi everyone, I just wanted to tell you that when in doubt if you should buy this WSO, don't hesitate, buy it! I got a very nice PM from Theresa offering a refund for my own stupidity (didn't read the payment terms of CS) which definitely is not her fault. I declined because the stuff in it is still valuable. When I take a look at yesterdays post I must admit, that it was my fault not reading what they offer as payment methods and the harsh sound of my post was caused by myself being disappointed of my own lack of preciseness. Nevertheless, there are other methods to publish books on Amazon. Go on, everyone, buy it, it's worth it! |

inservo, I expect you to be very successful with book flipping. It is very obvious to me that you are not a person who backs down at the first obstacle, and I hope when you have made your first sale, you will post back here and/or on the blog with your story! Quote:

Hi Teresa, I want to congratulate you on a great WSO. This is one of those ideas that I wish I would have thought of! I noticed a couple reviews stating that there were gaps in some of the info provided. While I can agree to a certain extent I don't think it has any adverse effect on the product as a whole. This is a proven model that allows you to get a quicker return on your books and sites. Will you get rich with this model? You can do the math to see how it fits into your goals. I do think you can make a grand or two per month pretty easily. BOTTOM LINE: You can take the info in this WSO and make quick money! |

Hi Teresa, I have a question for which I can't really see the answer (at least not obvious) anywhere in the above posts. When you sell off the site, are you also selling off your rights to your book on Amazon to the buyer? My guess is "yes" (but I would like to hear your comments) since that would really boost up the site's value in the eyes of the buyers. I'm interested to find out more about this "book flipping" method because so far I've successfully flipped one of my sites on Flippa and I'm now looking into publishing physical books on Amazon. I am thinking whether it would be more profitable to just sell your books on Amazon and have "companion websites" to the books building your lists and earning residual income (through affiliate programs). At least you own all these assets and they can generate residual income for you on autopilot. Looking forward to hear from you on this. Thanks and regards, Alex |
