Hi Matt! Thanks for the samples! They're both nice and there's probably pros and cons to each of them. Is it very difficult to make the Wordpress mobile site? I have several regular Wordpress niche blogs, so I am used to using it. I like the fact that there wouldn't be a monthly hosting fee with the Wordpress site. I live on the central Oregon coast and it's VERY tourist oriented. There's lots of restaurants here, as a matter of fact my husband and I owned a very popular steak & seafood restaurant and lounge here for 4 years. We closed it about a year and a half ago and people are still talking about it and hoping that we'll open another one (NO WAY!). Now my husband's a wine rep on the coast so he's in touch with lots of restaurants. We also know how hard it is to make money in the restaurant biz, especially in the winter time here, so I would charge accordingly. Summers are great! Anyway, you have a video in your WSO showing how to make a mobile site with Wordpress, correct? Sorry for the long winded reply. I'm excited to get going on this and hope to be able to purchase it this week! Thanks again and have a great day! Kathy |

Hello Kathy, Wow, it sounds like you are in a fantastic position to be offering this service to the many restaurants you come into contact with. You may also want to consider offering these businesses other services as well. I work with a restaurant and we've gotten a great response from creating an online "membership email club". Over the winter the owner has me send out weekly emails advertising specials and it has helped him tremendously. Yes, there is a video showing how to install the wordpress mobile version. It is pretty straight-forward, if you are familiar with wordpress you certainly won't have any problems. I'd also be happy to help you if you get stuck. Thanks! Matt |

Hi Matt, I definitely will be offering them other services as well! That's a great idea about the online membership club to help the businesses get through the tough winter months. I'm excited about the possibilities! I'll let you know when I need a little direction. Thanks for the offer for the help. I will be purchasing your course later today! I have been doing quite a bit of boring Internet stuff and I'm a people person, so I think that this business will be a lot of fun for me. I also like the fact that I can outsource some of the stuff that I'm not that good at yet or don't like doing.Talk to you soon, Kathy ![]() PS. I'm getting a new cell phone in a few days so I can show people what their site looks like on a cell phone. I have an upgrade available at Verizon. I'm thinking about getting a Droid. I have several friends who love theirs. |

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum. I got here by researching 2 products I just purchased, "turboprofitsniper" and Adam Horwitz's "Mobile Monopoly" The 2nd one is Outstanding. I purchased several MOBI Domains at "Domainspricedright.com @ $14.99 each, then I found Them for $9.99 @ Domain Name Registration, Web Hosting, SSL Certificates, and more. - Dynadot.com They have a sale going on now. They do not have any affiliate, or resellers program. They do have a refer a friend offer good for a 10% credit to your account. Please use this code when purchasing: t7X8t7WS6P6XK That is the best price I have found for.mobi domains.I could have saved $50+ |

| Sorry about that, I was trying to save anyone who was interested in getting .MOBI domains a $ 5.00 savings for each domain. Once they get one they would be able to have their own referral code. It really would have saved me $50.00 if I knew about it before purchasing mine from domains priced right. No spam intended, Adam is selling 1,000's of copies of his program, and if everyone here could buy domains, the members could save $1000's also. I have NO AFFILIATE links in turboprofitsniper, or mobilemonopoly. just trying to provide good info. Thank you, Andy |

Hi Matt, I got your PM. Thanks! The sample Wordpress site for the lawyer was very simple and attractive. I suppose you designed and built it first on Wordpress then used the plugins to shrink it. Am I correct? Jake |

Hello Jake, Glad you like the example site ![]() No, this is a mobile specific template. I've found that when you try and use one of those "shrinkers" that take a regular website and try to make it mobile friendly, it looks terrible. I strongly suggest designing mobile sites from the ground up to work on a phone. The nice thing about the template is that you can take it, and just change the colors, picture, and text to be to your liking, and you have a nice looking site ![]() Matt |

Hey Matt, Just got done reading all the post on this thread. It sounds like you have a very good product. I have not purchased it yet but may do that in the next few days. Just wanted to let your customers know - and perhaps add some credibility to what you are doing - by sharing our "soon-to-open" service that caters to mobile devices and what an incredible potential this market holds. Anyone looking to begin marketing to mobile devices is on the right track. We began this venture after struggling constantly with CPA offers, which we wanted to promote on mobile devices, that where not formatted properly. So, we decided to do something about it and develop a service that would help anyone out there with Wordpress themes, landing pages, and squeeze pages specifically optimized for mobile phones. I wish you lots of success with your product and if we can help in any way, please let us know. |

Hey Jordan, The hosting is up to you. You can host it typically in a folder right underneath the main "regular" website or it can be on a totally separate account/domain. The latter is what I prefer to do because it makes redirecting easier. Some mobile builders come with hosting, some don't. I go through the options in my guide |

Hi Eddie, Yes, in many cases the business owner will have access to their own website, and in that case you can just do this part for them (my videos show you how). The reason you need access to their website is because you will want to edit the htaccess code. This way, when people visit their regular website from a phone, they will be redirected to the mobile version. That is the whole point of doing this in the first place. PROBLEM: Customers are driving around looking for a restaurant and they find your client's restaurant site on google, and when they visit it, it looks terrible. SOLUTION: You build them a mobile site, and when the customer visits the regular website on their phone, they are redirected to your mobile site. Yes, you need access to their site, and I strongly suggest you outline that clearly before they sign the contract. If you wanted a security system put in your house, you would need to give the company access to your house right? ![]() As far as the previous developer stealing your idea, I wouldn't count on it. Sadly most people aren't that ambitious. Many of my clients work with me now because they hated their last web designer. There's a lot of bad companies out there. Even with my clients that have good designers, they aren't interested in "mobile" stuff. Matt |

yes, the local businesses do need to build a squeezed landing page for its regular business as long as they see the potentials in the mobile marketing. However building a squeezed page isn't that easy for many offline businesses. |

Hi Amy, Would you mind elaborating what you are discussing in regards to a squeeze page? This wso is for making a complete mobile website for a client, not just a squeeze page. The mobile websites are typically a few pages, and showcase the most important features of the business that someone would need when looking at the site through a phone. My series shows you exactly how to do this, including a pretty straight-forward approach, and also a more indepth method involving WordPress (a bit more complicated but far more versatile) Thanks for your interest! Hi FrFai, Thanks for your interest ![]() Yes, the level of skill you need really depends on how you want to approach this. If you like, you can outsource the work, so you can focus on getting the sale. There are companies I can put you in touch with that can make the site for you. Or if you'd like to do it yourself, you can focus on the simple approach that is pretty easy, or the more versatile option that is more work but allows you to do a lot more. I hope that helps! Matt |

Matt I noticed in your screen shot you have a Recurring cost. Is this a different product payment is for the mobile web site or a combination of jobs that your client is asking for. Just wondering if you cover any idea price points as I noticed your checks were just under 200.00 I assume that is per month is this tied to a mobile or SMS service you are proviing or just the web site. Purchased recent WSO on mobile marketing l that was all PLR crap and well looking for real info is all before I drive into another Hope you understand |

Hi Mike, Yes, I do talk about pricing in the video series, and it really depends on multiple factors which I discuss ![]() The checks I show are examples that I am out in the field working with businesses. My main recurring income is from providing SEO services. I get as much as $1,200 from a single client, though I do not have any clients just paying me for mobile website work. I use it as an addition to my SEO work. I just want people to understand I am out there actually working with businesses, and not a theorist talking about "what I think will work". I hope that helps! Hi Homejobcreator, Yes, I don't think you'll find any difference with performing this service in Europe. Like anything, you just want to make sure the area you are working in supports the need. You can approach this all sorts of ways. If you like, you can just focus on sales and then outsource the creation of the actual mobile sites. If you want to build the sites yourself, the videos offer two main ways to do that. One is pretty straight forward, you just plug in information, and the other is more versatile but also more complicated. I hope that helps ![]() Sandrax, Sending you a PM now. Thanks! Matt |
