Hey Matt, Those first 15 went so fast. I was just watching the video and came back and they were all sold out! Do you know what the price for the last will be. Unfortunately I am not getting paid until tomorrow and probably won't make the second cut as well. Anyways just wanted to let you know this is an amazing WSO and I can't wait to get it because I feel like it would be such an easy sell. Especially since I have a few friends with a local business and I can use theirs to make them and then use them as examples. Thanks again, Kevin |

Hey Matt, I just started looking at the videos and they are very well presented, kudos for that! After glancing through the PDF document, I already have one question for you, what kind of price structure do you recommend to use for this service, for current clients and new clients? I will continue looking through the videos and will be back with more questions. Thanks a lot, Efren |

Hi Efren, Yes, that really is the million dollar question isn't it, "How much do we charge for this service?" I left that out of my presentation, because it is something that could vary depending on: 1) how elaborate of a website the business wants 2) how big their market is 3) whether or not they will be pursuing additional services with you For example, I see that some restaurants put their entire menu on their mobile website. That would cost a heck of a lot more than a simple 4 page site. I can crank out a simple website in about 20 minutes using the resources I provide in the guide. That's pretty crazy isn't it? I am planning on using this as a way to get my foot in the door and plan on charging $200 for it as a one-time service. Of course the main objective is to get that business to pay me $500 and up per month to do SEO work ![]() I'd love to hear what others have to say about price points. This is a very specific service, and frankly I haven't seen it offered anywhere. I could see charging +$1,000 or more for this service. What do you guys think? Matt |

Matt, Are you currently selling this service NOW to offline businesses as it seems this may be in "test" phase. Just curious to know the type of feedback you have been getting from offline folk. Do they *get* it? Thanks, looks like a promising angle for getting in with local businesses and there is tremendous value in learning how to do this right. Christopher |

Hey Christopher, Thanks for your interest. Yes, I am currently selling this service to my clients, and it is going well. Please note, I have not advertised this service to get new clients yet (though plan to do it very soon), so I already have access to a few things that makes it much easier to pull off the sale. As I explain in the course, you can look at your client's statistics and see how many people are accessing their site through mobile devices. When you share that with a present client, and then show them how terrible their site looks, it is hard for them to say no! Matt |

Matt, I Live in one of the trendier area's of London, Clapham. I purchased this this morning took a walk up the road and came home with 8 checks for £200 each and 5 complimentary meals for 2. I do have Direct sales experience but buying this was a no brainer for every restaraunt and bar owner I walked into. I put your first Video on my blackberry, Showed it to the owner and they asked "how do I get it?" £1600 in 4 1/2 hours. I've combined your and Maria's stuff together and am now making more money than I ever was affiliate marketing. |

Hey Christopher, No, you do NOT need an iphone or other smart phone to get this to work. There is a website you can use that shows you what websites look like on smartphones, its pretty cool. You can even email clients this information, sending them a link to what their site looks like simulated on a smart phone. It is very eye-opening. Matt |

Hey Matt, The more time I spend looking at the videos with an open mind, more ideas keep churning in my brain, I really like this service as a door-opener for offline-work, since my local area is inundated with businesses (Houston) that certainly could use this service. Question, do you have any recommendation regarding any package(s) either yours or somebody else's that would guide me in that direction? This really looks like the way-out from the type of work that I have been doing for the last sixteen years (technical translations), and that is just something that I started to hate (even though still pays the bills). Regards, Efren |

Hi Booyaah, Do you have google analytics installed on your client's website? There is a tab right in there that says "mobile devices" and you simply click on that to see how many people have been accessing through that. Whenever someone accesses a website, the logs store what user agent accessed it. You just need to make sure you have a statistics program that shows you this in an easy to understand fashion. I just checked awstats and they also show useragents. My current version doesn't break it down into mobile devices, but you can just go through the list yourself and note where it says "blackberry" and so forth. Johnny, Sorry to hear you are having troubles. I just pm'ed you. We'll figure it out ![]() Matt |

Matt, Have downloaded the zip and am starting to view the videos. Before I "lock down" to work on these I have a suggestion that you might like to consider. Here it is - numbering . What you say, well here's the thing I have a tool that always me to preview zip files and to preview read/play the contents of zip [a great time saver] so files can be sorted into alpha order by extension etc. My suggestion is that if your numbering of files audio/video/pdf etc is going to exceed 9 then if you use a numbering system of 01, 02 ..... 10, 11 all files will appear listed in correct order rather than 1, 10, 2, 3. This is the system I personally use and know that it saves me time. Anyway just my 2cents worth. Signing off now to view the videos. Gary |

Hi Gary, Yes, I strongly suggest you unzip the files before viewing them. They will unzip into a directory that will contain a menu. You simply use this menu to view the files in order. I'm not sure what your tool does, but for others out there, if you try viewing the videos without unzipping it can cause problems. Thanks! Matt |

Hi Deltamatrix, I talk about that in the course, but basically businesses that people are accessing through phones (think retail services like restaurants, hotels, etc.). People will be visiting an area and will use their phone to find, for example, a local restaurant. That being said, I'm finding that all of my client's sites are being accessed via phones. As time moves forward, more and more people are using smartphones for everyday browsing. Matt |

Hi Don, Thanks for your interest and the complements ![]() Yes, I show you in my guide how to set things up so when a regular user visits they are sent to the regular website, and all mobile users are redirected to the mobile site. This is a piece of code that you put in place, I take you through it step-by-step and is a very valuable thing to have. It took me hours of experimenting with different ways on how to handle this to find the best way to do it. I'm glad to share that with you. Matt |

Hey Matt. This looks very cool and could integrate nicely with my existing SEO business. Am curious to see what others have to say about the strategy towards selling it. (I don't believe the hype when I hear "it sells itself" Are you getting THAT, camera guy?!) Anyway, you can't beat the price so I'll save up my Adsense for a few days and be back. Nice WSO.

Matt, Just came on board but have not had a chance to see your content yet. Q1 Can the Mobile Website be made to work also for normal web browsers (ie if a small business has no website, will your website work as a basic HTML page for computer browsers)? Q2 Do I have to make contact with an existing website's webmaster to make your website work for mobile devices? Regards, Patrick |

Hi Poregan, Thanks for your interest. 1) The mobile website would work in a normal browser, though it isn't going to look nice. Mobile websites are designed to be very small, and it really isn't possible to have a site optimized for both. That is why it is recommended to have a regular page as well as mobile page. My course shows you how to set it up so people will visit the regular page, and if they are on a mobile device, they will automatically be forwarded to the mobile version (never even seeing the regular webpage). 2) Yes you do, you will need to either put something on that site, or ask the webmaster to do it. Please let me know if you have any additional questions, Matt |

When I come into a business's life, I frame myself as a marketer, not so much a web designer. Even though building a mobile site is more of a web designer thing, I position it as one of my marketing services. I come right out and introduce myself to the web designer, and make it clear that I am not there to steal their work, and that I am offering a service that is complimentary to them. I have had a few people appear stand-offish at first, but that goes away pretty quickly. This has actually led to me taking on a web designer as a client, and I also have partnerships with other designers where they send me leads and vice versa ![]() The web designers I've ran into are pretty narrow-focused. They do what they do, and like to keep it that way and don't see me as a threat. In a few cases, the web designer was non-existant and the clients actually brought web design up to me. Matt |

Hello Matt, I have a quick question for you regarding this package that I bought from you, does the changes at the main website would detect when somebody is trying to connect to that site from an iPod, instead of an iPhone? I tried your website htp://localecommercesolutions.com using my iPod and it did not send me to the page htp://localecommercesolutions.com/mobile Thanks for your prompt reply, Efren |

Hi Matt, Great WSO. This truly is a ground floor opportunity. So far, I haven't been able to find a single local business with a .MOBI website in my area. A couple of questions: Besides restaurants and Pubs, what other businesses would this appeal to? I'm thinking services like locksmiths, towing companies or auto repair shops. Any other suggestions or opinions? As to the matter of pricing, I understand the one time fee to start out, but it seems that this could lead to recurring income. Are you charging for hosting or monthly updates to the website; like say for updating monthly specials being run by a restaurant, or are you just pushing the domain and hosting to the business for them to deal with themselves? Don |
