How "limited" are the limited copies? It's mentioned several times but not clarified and you are also offering this outside the WF so I think it's a valid question.

How hard would it be for hubpages or squidoo to identify marketers using this and might they penalize them for it? How likely is this to happen?

Thats right, you can enter you keyword and Tag Spyder will go out and find other tags from high traffic sites. You then add the tags to your own site.

There are no tags showing up for Squidoo, when I type in a keyword, so maybe they have caught up with it.

I have sent you a PM asking if you know why Squidoo isn't appearing

I have found a keyword that it will return a result for Squidoo - weight loss. but this is what 'thefluffanutta' has said on squidutils:

while “weight loss” has been indexed, it will never be updated, so if you add that tag to your lens you still won’t get any link juice from it.

This is because search engines do not index the tag pages on Squidoo.
When Tag Spyder searches Google or Yahoo to find them, it will get no results.
This also means that tag pages will not get any traffic from search engines, nor will they pass PageRank to your lens.
