That quote from your original post says it all.

Personally, you haven't won my trust, this situation is out of the realm of reasonable.

First of all, you should never sell something you don't have in your hands, especially in your first attempt. Secondly, you've caused stress on me, and probably more good Warriors, by promising something that you didn't deliver. By giving MRR and allowing this to be added to a membership site, now my members are annoyed that they counted on these articles for their holiday sites, and their sites built around these articles should have been finished weeks ago.

Bottom line, they're grumbling at me. Of course, they know I'm not responsible, but still, it's not a situation I like to be in, every other day answering questions about "did you get them yet?".

If you outsourced the writing of these articles to someone you couldn't rely on, shame on you for selling them in advance. If you're writing them yourself, shame on you for not delivering as promised.
