Yes, each member gets an ID (which they can use to refer other members) and the recurring payment settings (PayPal) allow you to have a recurring monthly fee or a recurring yearly fee.

I just got off the phone to 2checkout, seems The account was restricted because i was selling products from multiple sites from one account (read 2 prodcuts)

even though the other product was LFM related it seems because i was using a different domain name that was against there TOS

Thats been fixed now.... Sorry for the screw up but i see you made the payment using paypal echeck which is just waiting for it to clear
