| An Easy Way To Make $397 A Day Flopping PLR Products! Everything Is Detailed Right In This Post! Hi Warriors, This WSO is a little different. It's completely free! I know you are constantly being bombarded with people trying to sell you something, which is what the WSO board is all about, but I want to educate you about something. Something called FLOPPING. What I want to show you is a very simple way to flop (or flip to those who are new to my method called flopping) PLR content and products to make anywhere up to $397 a day. If you are unsure what flopping is, I created a whole membership site on it at WebsiteFlopping.com It's a different way to create and sell websites for profit. 1400 Warriors so far have signed up and there is a post in the War Room with over 14,000 views detailing another way I flop sites that has taken off. In other words, Website Flopping is hot. There is of course a sinister motive if you will behind this WSO. In 5 days time, I am releasing a complete course on how to quit your day job with Flopping. It will be a 5 day comprehensive course teaching everything you need to know to quit your day job with Flopping. All of this is detailed at the end of this post, for now I just want you to learn. What I am showing you today in this post is just one of many ways to make money with flopping. Here Is The Method In All It's Glory! What I won't be teaching here is all the technical aspects, like uploading files, registering domain names. This post is simply to give you a business model you can go and profit with right now and all that other stuff would make this post way too long, but it will be taught in my 5 day course. What I do want to show you today is a simple way to quickly create information products that can be flopped for around the $297 to $497 mark. If you are familiar with the flopping method, you know I always talk about flopping UNIQUE content. This method is for those who suck at writing content and want an easier way to be able to flop sites. We are going to be finding, using and dissecting PLR content and ebooks and turning them into new products in a matter of hours with the power of audio and transcriptions. It’s a super quick way to create information products very cheap if you are willing to do a bit of the work. You can literally have one of these sites up and running within 24 hours and ready to flop in that time as well. Waiting for ghostwriters can take days and sometimes up to a week or more to wait for the ebook to be written. You can easily sell these information products for $397 each. That sounds cheap, but for the amount of work you are doing, you can easily clear $250 to $350 dollars a day part time using this method. To me, that’s not a bad days pay for not exactly back breaking work. Once you get quicker, you could do all the work needed for this sort of product in 4 to 6 hours and quite possibly be able to get 2 or more of these sites completed each day. Here is what I'm going to be teaching you. * How to find good quality PLR ebooks * How to turn those PLR ebooks into audio presentations in hours * How to have those audio presentations transcribed into completely unique PDF ebooks * How to create a salesletter for these products * How to flop these sites every day of the week So by the end of this post, you will have a completely unique information product that people are willing to pay top dollar for when you flip them. Thats the plan, create good quality information products quickly and cheaply then flip them to a buyer for $297 to $497. You are going to need a few things. You will need A) A good quality microphone – nothing too expensive, just something to record your voice with B) Camtasia recording software or your favorite software to record audio with (audacity is free) C) A good quality PLR ebook. Again, this method is all about creating an audio presentation and then having it transcribed into text and turned into an ebook for you. You've probably just been turned off this method, because like most people, we hate talking and public speaking, but don’t be. When I first heard about this method, I was turned off too, until I realized, the only person hearing your voice, will be the person transcribing your audio, that’s it, so you don’t have to worry about people hearing your voice or the professionalism of your recording, as only one other person will hear it. No criticisms or awkwardness trying to stay calm and having to keep re-doing the audio. I do highly recommend using video and audio in your products and flops, but this method is for those who don't want to do that. If you do have that gift and it’s a good one to have, go for it. It’s a very quick way to create information products to flop. This is not a new method, people have been getting audio transcribed into ebooks for years and years, but I’ve not heard of anyone doing this with the flipping/flopping method. Step #1 - Finding A Good Quality PLR Product This is the PLR material that we are going to be using to create our unique ebook from. The first thing I need to tell you is to make sure that any PLR products you buy come with unrestricted rights. If you are unsure ask. We want to have complete rights to these products to do with as we wish without any legal issues. The best place to find good quality PLR products is right here on the WSO board. I find just about all of my products here. I use the free search tool at WSO Tracker | WarriorPlus And I simply type in PLR into the search bar and it returns all the WSO's with the word PLR in their titles. You can also search by description, but this is usually enough. There are a lot of really good PLR products here. We are looking for more ebooks and reports then articles or article packs. You also want to make sure you have the correct rights. Usually they will have a rights license in the WSO itself. Look to see if it says that this PLR material can be edited in any way you want. If so, that should be fine, but if in doubt, ASK THEM if what you want to do is fine with their PLR. 99% of the time it is as we are creating a whole new unique product out of this content. Also ask how many words there are. Preferably around 10,000 words is best. This way you won't need to do much more research other then reading this PLR product to create your audio product. Step #2 - Creating An Audio Product From The PLR Material To get a good quality ebook, I usually speak for around 90 minutes. A 90 minute audio file on Elance usually costs me around $30 or $40 to have transcribed. That usually equates to around 12,500 words as well, which is about the size of the ebooks I have written for me by my ghostwriters and what most people expect when they buy an information product business from somewhere like Flippa or even here on the Websites For Sale Board The first thing I do is I read the entire PLR product from start to finish. For two reasons. To understand the topic and to make sure the PLR material is of good quality. Thats the first thing you must do. The second thing I do is I open a text pad or even a power point document and start taking notes on what I want to speak about. What I do first is come up with 10 main "chapter headings". Why 10? Well, I try and create my audio in blocks otherwise I get exhausted talking too long. I like to create 10 blocks of audio for around 10 minutes each in length. That gives me 100 minutes of audio. More then what's needed. Ideally the ebook or report you purchased with PLR comes with at least 10 chapters, so you can basically just use those as starting points, but that's not a deal breaker. So just like if I was giving a presentation, I will write out bullet points of what I want to talk about in each 10 minute block from the research I did by reading the PLR product. Like I said before, I would break that PLR content into 10 different sections or chapter headings. After I record each chapter, I stop the recording and save the file to .mp3 (easy to do with any free audio recording software). Do that 10 times and I have a complete information product in audio that is ready to be sent to be transcribed, regardless of all the umms and ahh’s. The transcriptionist will get rid of those for you. While the material you used for research is PLR, the end result ends up becoming a unique product because everything is in your words and is explained in your way of explaining things. To me, this is better then rewriting PLR content as this truly is unique. You then want to give your product a snazzy new title and call it something different then what it was called previously. It also helps when recording each audio block that before you start speaking the main presentation for that 10 minute block, you say something like "Chapter 1 - An Introduction To Golf Fitness" This is beneficial for when it comes time to get it transcribed. Step #3 - Getting Your Audio Transcribed There are a lot of really good transcribers out there and they all charge different fee's, which is fine. So I'm not bagging out those who would not transcribe 100 minutes of audio for around $50, but thats what I pay and I get back a good quality word document in the end. Everyone has their own value of what their time is worth and I have no intention of getting into an argument or debate over whether people should or should not charge what they do. I hire out my transcription jobs to people on Elance. I've never once had a problem there and I always end up getting lots and lots of bids on my projects. I'm not going to go into the in's and outs of using Elance here, I do in my 5 day e-course, but remember three things..... A) Always use Elance's escrow service to make payments B) Only use those with great feedback C) Be firm on the price you want to pay and the time period you want it in If they can't or won't do it in your price range or time period, that's fine. Move on to someone else. Again, not going to get into this argument. 24 hour turn around is ideal. I simply post a project letting bidders know I have 100 minutes of audio I need transcribed into a word document. Simple as that and I always, always get loads of really good people for the job. Once I get the word document back, I then go and edit it all so it looks nice, with headers and a title page and I create a PDF document straight from that word file. I use OpenOffice's text document to create my files and that has an inbuilt PDF creator that lets me create PDF files on the fly easily. Step #4 - Creating My Salesletter Quickly This is a step that seems to bog people down a lot and it shouldn't. I don't use a lot of fancy graphics or anything like that. I use a simple script that you can pick up for a few dollars depending on where you get it from. I create a lot of my salesletters in Wordpress with a Wordpress plugin that lets me create salesletters that look like they are standard html salesletters. Very easy to use and very easy to install. The script I use is at.... WordPress Sales Letter Themes But there are many variations, including a few in the WSO board right now. I'm not going to go into the in's and outs of creating a salesletter for your product as that will take way too long for this post, but I will cover it inside the course. I create very simple salesletters that describe the product I'm selling. Good headlines and strong bullet points are the key. The only graphics I get created is an ebook cover which I put on my salesletter page. That's it and sometimes I don't even do that. You can find people who will create you ebook covers for under $20 right here in the Warrior For Hire Section of this forum. You will then need to make it go live so people can see your salespage and product. You will need a .com domain name and a hosting account. You probably already have hosting, but I use Hostgator. Step #5 - Flopping Your New Information Product After those steps, you will have a completely unique ebook with a salespage and domain name ready to sell. Again, I won't be going into great technical detail here as this post is getting really long. So the first thing you need to do is list your site for sale. I would recommend trying here first in the Sites For Sale section. Flippa is also another good option. Create a very simple listing letting people know exactly what they get when they buy your business. If you are unsure of how to create a listing, look at what others are doing. Let people know the content is unique, there are no copies of this product anywhere, but you did source the content from PLR material. Meaning you used PLR ebooks for research but all the content is unique to the buyer and nothing like it exists anywhere. Let them know they get complete rights to it, they get the salesletter and domain name as well. Then once you find a buyer, you will need to transfer the files for the product and salesletter to them and push the domain name to them as well. I recommend using Namecheap.com to register your domain name. Easy transfers and a good price on domain names. The End Results So for a few hours of my time and less then $50, I can have a product ready to flop. In the last two weeks I’ve done this twice with great results. I created a 110 minute audio presentation on a golf topic and had it transcribed for $40. I used a wordpress sales letter theme and had an ebook cover created for $17. I registered a domain name for $10 and then sold it to a previous buyer of mine for $349. All in all, it took me 5 hours to research and record the product, (2 hours for recording, 3 hours to research the topic and write out bullet points) 2 hours to write the sales letter and 30 minutes to outsource the transcription and ebook cover which had a 24 hour turn around. So for 7 and a half hours work and $67, I made just under $300. The second one I created, I did in 5 and a half hours because with the first time you do anything, it’s always going to be slower because you are learning the ropes. The second one I also sold to a private buyer for $425. This is very simple to do and much quicker then writing the ebook yourself and much cheaper then having to outsource the writing as well. You are probably saying, Trevor, how can I create 2 hours of content on a topic I know nothing about. Well, what I do is very simple, just like any ebook writer or freelancer, they don’t always know the topic, they simply research it. I have a large collection of PLR ebooks that I basically just use for research. For my golf product, I had a couple of golf ebooks with PLR that I read over, stripped down and turned that content into very simple 10 minute audio sections until I had enough to constitute a good ebook on a popular topic. I named the product something catchy, it was about improving your swing and getting more distance from your shots. I then wrote out all the points I wanted to cover like I explained above and spoke them like I was reading off index cards. You don’t want to read these PLR ebooks word for word otherwise you might as well be selling PLR. So come up with an idea for a product, find some PLR ebooks or content on the topic and turn those into audio presentations and away you go. You may find it easier to find good PLR content first then come up with an idea for your ebook. One tip I learnt from trial and error is to come up with 10 bullet points for each audio section and speak for around 1 minute on each. If you break it down and break it down again, it’s not so daunting. Come up with 10 seperate chapter headings for your ebook, like you would if you were outsourcing the content, then come up with 10 bullet points for each chapter, but instead of writing it, you are speaking it. Really simple, I wish I had come up with the idea, but I’ve been hearing people say that they’ve been creating ebooks this way for years, I’ve just never seen anyone do it for site selling purposes and I think it could give quite a few of you an edge in the marketplace. I know I will be continuing to use this way of creating information products in the future for some of my flops. I still like to be able to outsource my work to a good writer who does it for a good price and a reasonable turn around time, but again, this method works and is extremely quick to start seeing profits. It's also a good way to create any sort of information product. Membership sites, reports, you name it. You are also keeping your overheads down and time expenditure down, so you can sell these sites a little cheaper and still make a very tidy profit. Now if you really want to take this to the next level, learn how to setup assembly lines of these products and how to make them profitable so you can sell each one for 4 and 5 figures, you need to read below.... I made a promise to myself that I would not buy another WSO!!!! However, I can find so many uses for this . . . it's one investment I had to make! ~ Iris |

Hi Trevor That is a very generous post. I know a few guys who make 4-5 figures a month from flipping blogs and this is a neat summation of the process. Quick question, what extra info is in the course? Is it just the tech stuff you omitted from here or do you cover other techniques too? Cheers AJ |

I've done a couple of Trevor's courses and his stuff is always superb. He's big on facts, zero on filler and tells it like it is. I recommend you check out anything he puts out - unlike some product creators out there he is actually walking his talk! |

I haven't been really interested in PLR. I'm more interested in developing unique content. No content, however, is totally unique. We always build on something that has gone before. I appreciate that Trevor has given quite a bit of information here that shows a way to "repurpose" PLR and "make it like new again". This method could also be extended to combine several miscellaneous sources of "old" information into a "new" piece of content. Thanks a lot Trevor. |

Trevor's information and products are always of the More Info, Less Padding ![]() type. Good information, well put together in a way that I can follow and have helped me in my online business tremendously. I really like this PLR flopping idea, I am not sure why I never thought of it myself, but I am glad to find out more about it. Already signed up and waiting for the 18th. |

That's great Trevor. I think one of the biggest problems with PLR is that it can be dificult to "rewrite" it in a way that it really takes on a new character and adds that personal value, but this approach should take care of that problem rather nicely.

Trevor, How is the course delivered, five days in a row, once per week, or... Is it in a form that if I am not available exactly at the time it is distributed, I will miss it, or is it recorded so that I can access it at my convenience? I guess I am asking how or in what form is the course to be delivered. I am interested in this course, but I need the answer to this question before I can sign up. |

Trevor, This is an excellent method you have outlined here. I have heard of using this for re purposing content, but not for flopping websites. What a great way to use the same content and make 5-10 times as much. Plus, I'm extremely slow at typing and this would surely save me time outsourcing the transcriptions. The breaking down of the content into small, manageable bullet points also helps focus on the topic at hand. Plus, when you get better at the recording part, those audio versions could be sold with the product for more value. Thanks for an outside the box way of looking at creating quick products using PLR content. Excellent post and I look forward to your future posts. Take care. Patrick |

Trevor, Your products have always been some of the best I have ever purchased. I have paid more than $17.00 for WSOs that did not have the quality of content you just gave away FREE. The only mistake I can see that you have made with your 5-part e-course is that you have priced it much too cheap... I jumped on the 5-part e-course as soon as I heard about it. I would have paid a lot more. Anyone still struggling to make money online would be well advised to get this before the price goes up. |

Great post Trevor, repackaging the PLR into a new unique ebook is a great concept. What could also be done is, to use the audio you have created itself as the product. The audio will have to be cleaned up and edited a bit but an ebook and audio package can sell for more than just an ebook.

Hello Trevor, I just want to have a few things clear since I have never tried this flopping thing. Usually, sites on Flippa require you to have data about your traffic and revenue, so are you saying that we can make $397 per PLR website with no traffic and no revenue, just due to the fact that we have a sales letter with a product in text, audio, and video format? Also, at the end of your WSO sales letter, you claim that if you have an assembly of PLR products, you can make 4 to 5 figures per site. So in other words, if I bundle several PLR products together in different media, such as PDF, mp3, and AVI, I could sell just one site for something in-between $1000 and $10000? Thanks for everything, Aitor |

Hi Aitor, Yes, these complete unique ebook businesses can quite easily sell up to $397 a pop. If the ebook you create is unique and comes with a salesletter. You misread what I wrote. I didn't say if you bundled these products together, I said if you made these businesses profitable before flopping them you can make 4 and 5 figures on the resale. - Trevor | |

Ok I am kind of confused. Probably my fault, but, I got your course, but there is an upgrade there for $97. Is that what this is or is that something more we have to buy. I had no idea when I bought for $17 that I was going to be hit up for another $97. Jim Trevor answered me. No need to upgrade. Thanks, Jim |

Hey guys, Like I said, had some minor technical difficulties, everyone who has ordered should have had their orders fulfilled now. Just part and parcel of doing business online. You all have access to the 5 days of the course as soon as you log into the members area category, plus you get a bonus 3 days training as well. There are no hidden upgrades, you don't need any upgrades, all the content you purchased is available inside the members area and no upsell is required at all. Plus you get a bonus course that I put in for free. Just so we are clear, there are no forced upgrades, there is no need to upgrade to anything at all, all the content you paid for is right there for you and more as I've added bonuses as well. If there are any problems at all, just email me and I will get back to you ASAP. websiteflopping@gmail.com Would love to hear what you think about the content inside the course(s) Thanks, - Trevor |

Thanks Trevor, I look forward to filling in the gaps in the process. I have several PLR and othr works lying on my hard drive to work with in the process. I am ready to get started. Dale |

Very cool! Thanks for this report, Trevor. I'm not going to use this method to flop sites anytime soon and I'm not even going to create ebooks from PLR content. But the idea of making a "presentation" and then speaking out loud about a topic and having it transcribed... that's just a smack-my-head-why-did-I-never-think-of-this thing for me! I'm so much better at speaking and making presentations than at writing, I really can't believe that I never thought of doing this. Thanks a ton! |

This is awesome, Trevor. Do you have any links to sites like this that have sold for the prices your talking about, as examples? Thanks! |
