Will you be taking any precautions, like Angela was forced to do recently, to prevent the unauthorized use of the BLs - which seems to lead to spamming - which often results in the webmasters of the sites for the BLs taking down posts?

Don't get me wrong: this seems like a great service, and I'm certainly interested!

But then again, from what little I understand, Google hurts you more, later on, when your site loses BLs (from webmasters taking down dubious/possible spammed posts) then it rewards you for having them to begin with.

But then again, I'm not sure there *is* anything that can really be done about people giving others the BLs, let alone anyone (a paying customer or not), who is spamming with them ... right?

I'd appreciate your thoughts on that.

Hi precautions that I am taking are:

1. The PDFs are all password protected and copy n paste dissallowed to reduce sharing.

2. Only 35 people at a time will receive the links in total.

3. The majority of blog links will come after the first 4 months of subscription, at which point I want to have moved to a digital signature system where only you and one sponsored outsourcer will have access to the links. I.e. they will be locked to your computer.


4. No person will recieve a spammed blog link. Every one has been checked and rechecked to ensure they are clean.

I can assure you that the majority of EDU links pointing back to my websites are do-follow. The Yahoo tool does not show you all the links pointing back to a website, just gives a number of which you can view a sample.

But I do also build no-follow links to my websites as well, as it looks extremely unnatural if all of your backlinks are do-follow. Smells of SEO, which Google obviously doesnt like.
