I notice if you click on the RSS feed icon next to a tag at the bottom of an article (eg. weight loss) the feed looks like this articlesnatch/topic/weight+loss

Your examples all refer to articlesnatch/rss2/panic+attacks

(Sorry. I removed the .com and www parts as the forum changes the url's)

Note the top one is far more accurate and includes /topic/

Maybe this info could help the plugin become more targeted.

Hi Kevin - the plugin is using a keyword search and is therefore not restricted to categories. I take your point though and will look into getting the topic categories added as an extra in a future version.

Hi Peter - I've left the 'About the author' info intact in the article (if it was present). The plugin is completely white-hat.

Eg; 5 Anxiety Homeopathy Remedies For Natural Anxiety Relief

Scroll to the bottom of the article and you'll see the author info.

I've never had an issue with articles being indexed but I also usually add unique content to my blogs as well.

The plugin doesn't make any changes to the links. If they are nofollow then that is how they are on the Article Snatch directory also. It is something that I'll look into and make nofollow/dofollow as an option in the plugin.

The plugin was developed because a plugin I was using no longer worked. I have plenty of my own autoblogs so yep - it'll be updated for sure.

Wp_o_matic or the feedwordpress plugin will probably do the job though.

Hi - nope, you're not doing anything wrong. The demo blog is running the current beta version which has an option for the 'article source' We will be sending this out to all subscribers on 27th April.

Do the articles auto publish? If so, is there a way we can have the articles set to draft mode so we can approve them? That would be better I think than having to delete posts/articles that aren't quite as niche related as we want/need. And the posts wouldn't all be published at the same time every day either.

UPDATE - I just had one of the most amazing support experiences ever from Austin. My first install had a bug (something to do with my server) and within 10 minutes, Austin Replied with an alternative. Again, there was a conflict and again, within 15 minutes he fixed it.

Unfortunately it's a result of some articles being posted multiple times at the originating article directory. (so not a bug with the plugin itself)

I'll see if we can add some extra checks for duplicate articles.
