Great product. I tested several of my sites for keywords that I use and several of my clients and found them where they are suppose to be, on the 1st page of Google. I have a client who canceled her account in January now she is on page 3. I called her up and told her that and she renewed her contract.

This appears to be a very useful tool. I did notice one of my clients did not show up at all but he is a performance based client who is to cheap to be on page one. You pay for what you get.

Yep, it's a desktop application that needs to be installed. Windows is required. At the moment there is no restriction on the number of PCs you can install it on - as long as you're not sharing it to others.

Just an update on that - I've got the formula all worked out for it, I just need to put it into the application. If I have time tomorrow, I'll get that done. Otherwise it'll be Friday.

From the feedback back I guess I must be missing something.

I have several paid rank checkers (Market Samurai; Webposition 4; SEo Elite; and the free version of Rank Checker) but I fail to see how this is different.

Hey Tom,

I haven't had a chance to use any of the super-expensive SEO software other than SENuke, so I'm not 100% sure what's available in those packages. I've not seen a rank checker like this available for free anywhere else though.

The big thing that sets this apart is the fact that it can iterate through dozens of terms for the same URL so you can get the big picture of just how your website is ranking throughout your niche. It can also search your own LOCAL Google, so if you're in the UK or Russia, you don't have to search using the US version.

Great tool Chris, I was using a well known software known as XXXElite but your software is much more accurate.
I see one or two people complaining that it does not tell them the actual position on the page, geesh some people are so F*^$*@g lazy, just count the damn spot!

Since I put this tool together I've literally saved hours of time trying to see where myself and my clients are located. I usually spend about three hours a week doing this by hand... that's now been cut down to about 15 minutes of the program doing all the work automatically.

I was thinking about writing something similar to track all of these sites so for $17 this is a no brainer for me.

I have to tell you I bought this a few days ago and it is simply awsome, I can now use it to generate new business simply by showing potential customes where their websites are ranked and how I can improve their websites in the SERPS. I have another more expansive tools and it is no where as accurate.

I would be great if it could work the other way, i.e. give it the URL of the domain and let it find the keywords the site is ranked for but I have yet to find a tool doing that.

Would also be useful to be able to skip an amout of SE results, why? you may ask. Well one of my clients have a sponsored ad above the organic results and they also have position 6 for a certain keyworb I suspect the search tool found the sponsored ad then stopped searching. Had the free listing being on a lower position than page 1 I may not have spotted it. Its not a big deal but if it can be done it would be very handy.

It works great and is really useful. Only additional wish I can ask for is to make the tool so I can enter the url and get the keywords I rank for. It would really be useful if this can be done.

This would be a very cool function... the problem is, the logic a piece of software would use to do this would be a crapshoot, just like if a human were to do it. It's a guessing game, unless you're actively looking to rank for a particular keyword.

If there's a way to do this though, it'll get done - I too would LOVE that functionality.

I don't think this has been $10 for a little while now. The current price is now $17 and apparantely going up soon.

I had reservations about the benefits of this over other similar programs that I already have but with the rave reviews and planned updates I decided to get in before the next price hike.
