I need to let you know that I just had my graphics done by eCover Box. I am amazed by the quality of work and the attention to detail. The two most important, most crucial traits that I look for in a graphic designer is good communication and reliability.
There may be more things to consider, but with all else being equal in the realm of creativity, I look for these two traits above all others.
After my recent experience with Sam Kern, I am exstatic to say that he has these two traits in spades.
He was courteous, patient, and ON TIME.
It took a few different passes to get the design right, but Sam was a true pro through out.
Hint: This WSO is an absolute steal! I've paid double with others and all I got was frustration.
