I made this WSO because I was sick and tired of hearing people bash outsource because they did not do it right in the first place. As well to findout if there is a market for a membership website to train outsource employees. I want your feedback on what you think of this ebook.

I just wanted to pop in here and say that I'm glad this is finally released. I am actually quite surprised that the pricing, I pegged for a $47 report when I looked it over for Mukul. So listen, I am just finally doing some outsourcing and this guide really has become my outsource bible. I have not found anything out there on outsourcing that even come close. It is a zero risk purchase so you truly have nothing to loose and everything to gain. Mukul is a great guy with a great reputation. He really knows what he is talking about and you will be amazed at the quality of this guide. Garret |

Hi Mukul, thank you, this is an excellent manual to all the important aspects of outsourcing. i think the $47 price tag from another warrior is fair. ive bought several other courses re outsourcing, some rather expensive, and this wso holds its own against them. not only are the details given as to where and how to contact, managing and optimizing the outsourcing relationship is also covered. so it really is complete. i would say for anyone who is new to outsourcing and wants to get their feet wet, this guide will be sufficient. you can spend alot more on an outsourcing course and not get this much, or else get the equivalent. even if you are currently outsourcing, i suspect you will learn some good new tips and tricks. btw, i am a paid wso customer. also, i confess i am sucker for a beautifully designed pdf, which this is, but i swear on a stack of websites that the elegance of this pdf did not influence me. ![]() peace and success, david |

Mukul's information is very "solid". This report was great, and he truly understands how to run a business with employees. He is very "non-guru" like, and that is a PLUS in my book! I'd recommend it to anyone. My only problem is.. can I get another link to the updated version? - Jeff D. |

Hey Mukul, The guide definitely looks great. One question for you... I read above that you learn "where" to look for people to outsource. Do you go into depth regarding this? I know it's extremely important to find the right people to hire. A lot of people just getting started with outsourcing are looking for proven resources of people who you can trust to do the job right. I was wondering if this report goes into depth in that area. Thanks a ton... |

Finding the right person is important and often it may not be proven resources. Hiring a fresh person can be proven to be better then expereinced depending on the job. For Example - Link building. I try to hire only new people and train them for the most part and here is why 1. They do it your proven way that works 2. Easier to train No preconceived notions (or Angela and Paul Links). Remember there is always 5 ways to do most things online (SEO, Article Writing, Link Building, Customer Service etc... who is say which is right or wrong, preconceived nations can hurt you often). A link builder that joined us a few weeks ago had some experience. My team leader commented on how different and harder it is to train someone who had experience compared to easier to train someone who is new. Not to mention you can get new link builders for $130/month and just give him Angela and Paul Links. I can only share my experience. Cheers, Mukul

Disclaimer: I've had absolutely no contact with Mukul, I have no idea who he is, and I have no idea what he does. I'm just a random customer. Read on. Honestly, in a nutshell, this guide is absolutely fantastic. It covers everything you could possibly need to know about outsourcing to the Philippines, and then some. All of the hard facts and vital information are there, and he's included a ton of invaluable advice throughout that you could only really pick up through experience. You won't be left with any nagging questions, and you won't need to buy anything else to start outsourcing - with confidence. And, as someone else has already mentioned, the design of this ebook is gorgeous. A lot of time, thought, care, and effort has gone into the writing and compilation of this information, and it shows. You won't find a better all-around outsourcing WSO than this one. For the price, there is absolutely no reason you should even consider passing this up if you're looking to learn more about successful outsourcing. I'd buy it again at five times the price I paid. |

I dont know your knowledge or what you do so honestly it is hard to tell. A Few people who have outsourced above have made positive comments. When I am a pretty good at something as you seem to be in outsourcing, I pick up products to learn golden gems (like softwares, methods orwebsites etc.. ) that I can implement in my business. All I can say is that for someone who outsource and runs a team for my personal websites, this is my real experience. Cheers, Mukul

Hi Mukul, thanks for another highly valuable ressource about outsourcing! @Fellow Warriors that might sit on the fence: get it ;-) I loved the introduction about extended traveling without having to take care about business, because you did the hard work upfront and trained your VAs to replace yourself. This is what outsourcing is about! It is not only about leveraging time zones and getting more for your hard earned $, but about freeing up your time ;-) If done correctly! One point that I appreciated to read is that you have to know your stuff! Before any staff can do anything for you, you have to get it done yourself. John Jonas, the so called King of Outsourcing, said on his Outsourcing Retreat that he outsourced things he have had no glue about. I doubt that ;-) Also that comment about the laid back culture in an Asian nation made me love. It depends. Sometimes you have to kick asses as a small business owner. I have experienced that while operating my first (and last!) own pub and fired more then 20 staff members over a period of less then 2 years (could happen back in Germany also, I have a friends friend that has a huge restaurant and got rid of 500! staff members in the same time). But, as mentioned in Mukuls guide, pe patient and maintain a GOOD to great working environment. Outsourcing is also about cultural differences. Just make some extensive traveling and you will figure out what I'm talking about ;-) And I figured out that I forgot something in my own reference. The different ways of English spoken in different parts of the world. What a pitty, I've been in nearly every country you could outsource to. Might add it to my autoresponder, haha. Also the note about overtimes is a realy golden nugget. Thumbs up. I bought another .mp3 about outsourcing yesterday by a high profiled IM, but I give Mukuls WSO a much higher rating then that one. It is way more specific then the recorded call I was listening to a day ago... Hiring section is top notch! @Mukul: I guess nobody will blame you for using aff links in your guide! I do so and emphasise this in my guide. Nobody ever complained. OK, sign up rates wouldn't finance my living, but as time goes you might make some decent cash with it (and a small typo on page 19: it should read Rent a CodeR ;-))! I haven't finished reading the guide yet, but I promissed my girlfriend to pick her up for lunch (she is selling garnments and has a pretty strict time line [OK, sometimes she doesn't go to her shop for a week, but when she does, she is normaly busy ;-)]) As said, get it! Cheers Sven |

Hi Mukul, same here! We might launch a $2.498 "home study course" together in future, haha. Then we get the attention, as we might get so called gurus that are interested in the $1.250 commission per sign up, but I doubt that at least 10% of that fellow marketers would invest the money would actually take action. At least good for us! All the best cheers Sven PS: Watching your video marketing course while writing this (actually I stopped it for your Ins & Outs of outsourcing ;-)) |

Hello Is this a ebook, or does it also come with videos? Also, very important, is the material something that can help in training a Va, for instance. I mean I have purchased another wso here on outsourcing, and it was so basic, just giving tips... It would be great if ayour product could be sent to a va, in say how to do backlinks, and other tasks... Thank you |

Do you discuss in detail how to actually outsource various tasks? Or is it basically about building relationships with people? For example, do you explain exactly what you outsourced to make the 13k? Do you explain how to outsource link building? |

Linkbuilding, anyone who picks up this guide, drop me a email and I will tell you how to get full time linkbuilders for $130 USD a month (I got 2 of them) and how to do it. I will add this into version 4 of this outsource (which you get upgrades FREE). Cheers Mukul

I've given it a quick skim and I must say - I'm impressed. It is a very well written, professionally designed document - 40+ solid pages of information. And if you've seen my other posts, my pet peeve are WSO's that are 30 pages in length that could fit in 2 except for ridiculously big fonts, crazy paragraph spacing, massive margins and ridiculous images. This is 40 pages of solid material, well organized and nicely presented. Kudos! |
