3. Does this involve craigslist at all? I've had 0 success with craigslist. Period. Like none at all.

That's interesting... I've made thousands of dollars off of Craigslist in the local biz niche. Maybe you're approaching it wrong?
I will agree with you though, dealing with the headache of trying to breach the overflow of $99 website offers and bogus SEO offers is difficult at times.

Hi Jamie - Having purchased products from you before I'm sure this is quality all the way through - but two quick questions if you don't mind.

1) Does this work equally well no matter what services you're offering offline clients ie: web design, email marketing, seo etc... - or is it best suited to one particular service?

2) Any issues with spam complaints, since unsolicited email is being sent here? Last thing I need is my webhost blowing a gasket or worse - someone reporting me for a Can-Spam violation. :-)

I have one other question and it's pretty funny sice I saw your blog post this morning on offlinetreasuresecrets.

There are literally hundreds of realtors in my area and I found a website with the email addresses of about 200 realtors and was just wondering if you have tested this with that specific niche?

Most realtors have the same crappy replicating site and I thought it might work to contact them using this method and just changing the subject line?

I bought this last week, immediately viewed it, but didn't stop long enough to post a comment. I wanted to correct that this morning.

What an innovative way to grab a prospect's attention and convey your first presentation to them. This takes care of several things fairly simply:

1) It shows your uniqueness to the prospect by presenting yourself and your expertise in a way that they've probably never been presented to before - it definitely separates you from the crowd.

2) It showcases your talents and technical prowess. Even though you will only spend a few minutes putting it together, it will look like it took hours to the prospect. This will have to impress them no matter what.

3) It allows you to put your presentation together at a time that is best for you. Plus, you can refine it before you actually make it to the prospect.

4) It allows your prospect to view your presentation at their leisure - not on a time table that you and he agreed upon that may no longer be acceptable due to his schedule changes.

5) It allows your prospect to review the presentation at their leisure - and as many times as they'd like - without you having to spend hours going over the same things.

6) It brings you a more informed and educated prospect. Plus, if you do your job, it makes them a hungry prospect. And you have just the meal to satisfy that hunger.

Jamie, you are a very innovative person and I'm glad I got in to this - even if it was at the $19.95 mark and not the $14.95 mark. It was still a great value and remains one even at the higher marks. Everyone that has an interest in this should get in today before Jamie closes it.
