Steveniam: I've been a member here for a few years now, and I've offered over 20 WSOs during that time. If I did not stand by my guarantee, I would have been ran off a long time ago.

You say one needs to work the system a few hours a day. No problem with that and honestly, I'd be surprised if that was not necessary.

But can the work be done completely on the Internet? Or does it involve some "offline" work as well - e.g. using phone, snail mail etc.?
